河南省旅游服务贸易竞争力研究

【摘要】:随着世界经济产业结构的调整,服务贸易逐渐成为世界贸易领域的支柱,而旅游服务贸易则成为了其中发展最快,势头最猛,波及范围最广的服务贸易,越来越受到世界瞩目。同世界上其他国家相比,中国旅游业的发展起步较晚,但发展迅猛。河南省旅游资源也相当丰富,河南被广泛称为“中国历史文化的博物馆”,地下文物和地上文物分别居全国第一位和第二位。河南省自2009年确立了“旅游立省”战略以来,从近年来成功探索出的“焦作现象”、“栾川模式”、“西峡经验”等著名的旅游发展模式,打造郑汴洛“三点一线”沿黄文化游、太行山水游、伏牛生态游等旅游名牌可以看出,河南省已经初步走出了一条属于河南特色旅游的发展路子。 但是面临着我国旅游业已经初具规模,河南省的旅游产业发展也面临着新的机遇和挑战,河南省想要把旅游发展的资源比较优势转化成产业优势,实现“旅游大省”向“旅游强省”的转变,就必须提高旅游资源的竞争力优势。为了具体分析河南省旅游服务贸易竞争力,本文首先分析了河南省旅游服务贸易的现状、特征、存在的问题,并根据波特的钻石模型,构建了较为详细且符合河南省旅游服务贸易竞争力实际的因素模型,有助于我们更加全面客观的了解河南省旅游服务贸易的比较优势和劣势;其次依据影响旅游服务贸易竞争力因素的模型及其内在联系,引入了评价河南省旅游服务贸易竞争力强弱的三大指数:入境旅游服务国内市场占有率、反映净出口的旅游服务贸易竞争优势指数和反映出口所占比例的显示性比较优势指数;最后,在综合分析的基础上,提出了提升河南省旅游服务贸易竞争力的对策:对已有资源进行深层次开发,走生态文明的可持续发展道路;准确定位旅游企业与市场、政府和旅游者之间的关系;提升旅游从业人员的服务能力,建立在线评价与激励机制;紧抓政策扶持机遇,完善基础配套设施建设;现代旅游业应走信息化、网络化及集团化发展道路。
[Abstract]:With the adjustment of the industrial structure of the world economy, trade in services has gradually become the pillar of the world trade field, and trade in tourism services has become the fastest growing, most powerful, and most extensive trade in services. Compared with other countries in the world, the development of tourism in China starts relatively late, but develops rapidly. Henan Province is also rich in tourism resources. Henan is widely known as the "Museum of Chinese History and Culture", and the underground cultural relics and the above ground cultural relics rank first and second in the country respectively. Since 2009, Henan Province has established the strategy of "tourism as a province". From the famous tourism development models such as "Jiaozuo phenomenon", "Luanchuan Model", "Xixia experience" and so on, which have been successfully explored in recent years, it can be seen that the famous tourist brands such as Zheng Bianluo's "3.1 Line" tour along the Yellow River Culture, the Taihang Mountain Water Tour, the Volcano Ecological Tour, etc. Henan Province has preliminarily taken a road to the development of Henan characteristic tourism. However, in the face of the initial scale of tourism in our country, the development of tourism industry in Henan Province is also facing new opportunities and challenges. Henan Province wants to turn the comparative advantages of tourism development into industrial advantages. In order to realize the transformation from "big tourism province" to "strong tourism province", we must improve the competitive advantage of tourism resources. In order to analyze the competitiveness of tourism service trade in Henan Province, this paper first analyzes the present situation and characteristics of Henan tourism service trade. According to Porter's diamond model, a detailed and practical factor model of Henan Province's tourism service trade competitiveness is constructed. It will help us to understand the comparative advantages and disadvantages of tourism service trade in Henan Province more comprehensively and objectively. Secondly, according to the model of factors influencing the competitiveness of tourism service trade and its internal relations, This paper introduces three indexes to evaluate the competitiveness of Henan Province's tourism service trade: the domestic market share of inbound tourism services, the competitive advantage index of tourism services trade reflecting net exports and the indicative comparative advantage index reflecting the proportion of exports; Finally, on the basis of comprehensive analysis, the paper puts forward some countermeasures to enhance the competitiveness of tourism service trade in Henan Province: to develop the existing resources at a deep level, to take the path of sustainable development of ecological civilization, to locate tourism enterprises and markets accurately. The relationship between the government and tourists; to enhance the service ability of tourism practitioners, to establish online evaluation and incentive mechanism; to grasp policy support opportunities, improve infrastructure construction; modern tourism should take information, Network and group development road.
