辽宁省旅游产业结构优化研究

【摘要】：新世纪以来，我国旅游产业得以迅速发展，，国家相关部门提出“全面提升旅游产业的竞争力，进一步推进旅游产业化进程”的发展目标，并明确提出“把旅游业培育成国民经济的战略性支柱产业和人民群众更加满意的现代服务业”。与此同时，我国经济处于转型阶段，“稳增长、调结构”成为新时期的首要任务，旅游产业也同样面临着调结构的问题。伴随着旅游产业地位的明确与提升，为了适应新的发展形势，旅游产业结构的调整与优化成为了国家和地方相关部门所要解决的当务之急的问题。本文以辽宁省旅游产业结构为研究对象，从定性和定量两个角度进行了实证研究，提出辽宁省旅游产业结构优化的思路和措施。首先，文章对辽宁省旅游产业构成要素进行了分析和探讨，分别从供给和需求两个角度对辽宁省旅游资源结构情况和旅游客源市场结构特征进行了定性分析。其次，文章尝试构建旅游产业结构评价指标体系，并引入主成分分析法构建旅游产业结构评价数学模型，对辽宁省旅游产业结构进行定量建模分析和评价。最后，文章在前文对旅游产业结构定性分析和定量评价的基础上，提出辽宁省旅游产业结构优化的总体思路和相关的对策措施。希望通过本文的研究，能对辽宁省旅游产业的发展和旅游产业结构的优化提供一些借鉴和参考。
[Abstract]:Since the new century, the tourism industry of our country has been developing rapidly. The relevant departments of the state have put forward the development goal of "promoting the competitiveness of the tourism industry in an all-round way and further promoting the process of tourism industrialization". At the same time, China's economy is in a stage of transition, and "steady growth and structural adjustment" has become the primary task in the new period. The tourism industry is also facing the problem of structural adjustment. With the clarification and promotion of the status of the tourism industry, in order to adapt to the new development situation, The adjustment and optimization of tourism industry structure has become an urgent task for national and local departments. This article takes Liaoning Province tourism industry structure as the research object, carries on the demonstration research from the qualitative and the quantitative angle, proposes the Liaoning Province tourism industry structure optimization thought and the measure. This paper analyzes and discusses the constituent elements of tourism industry in Liaoning Province, and makes a qualitative analysis on the structure of tourism resources and tourist market structure in Liaoning Province from the perspectives of supply and demand respectively. Secondly, This paper attempts to construct the evaluation index system of tourism industry structure, and introduces the principal component analysis method to construct the mathematical model of tourism industry structure evaluation, and carries on the quantitative modeling analysis and the appraisal to the tourism industry structure of Liaoning Province. On the basis of qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation of tourism industry structure, this paper puts forward the overall thinking and relevant countermeasures of tourism industry structure optimization in Liaoning Province. It can provide some reference for the development of tourism industry and optimization of tourism industry structure in Liaoning Province.
