低碳视角下湿地旅游资源评价及开发策略研究

【摘要】：湿地是全球三大生态系统之一，具有净化水质、防洪蓄洪、调节气候、保持水土、提供生物栖息地等重要作用。湿地资源不仅对人类的生产、生活意义重大，而且还具有巨大的旅游开发价值。然而，近年来由于各地对湿地旅游资源的过度开发，使得湿地面积急剧减少，湿地生态功能明显下降，严重破坏了湿地环境的生态平衡。因此，如何合理开发利用和更好地保护湿地旅游资源已成为世界各国关注的焦点，而发展低碳旅游成为湿地旅游资源开发的主要方向。因此，低碳视角下湿地旅游资源评价及开发策略研究具有重要的现实意义。在通过对国内外湿地价值评价、湿地旅游资源评价、低碳旅游等研究现状以及湿地发展低碳旅游必要性等深入阐述的基础上，系统分析低碳视角下湿地旅游资源开发与评价所面临的一系列问题。为从低碳视角下进行湿地旅游资源的评价，笔者依据评价指标体系的设置原则，参照国家最新颁布的《全国湿地旅游实验区评分标准》，结合低碳旅游和湿地生态系统特点，，筛选并最终确定出16个指标构建出低碳视角下湿地旅游资源评价指标体系，运用层次分析法和灰色关联分析法相结合的方式进行评价，充分发挥层次分析法能在决策中引入定量分析和灰色关联分析法能够有效排除主观因素带来的影响，使评价结果更加客观准确的优势。以大庆湿地为例，在明确低碳视角下大庆湿地旅游资源开发现状的基础上，对大庆湿地旅游资源进行评价，并依据评价结果指明大庆湿地旅游资源开发的方向。最后，提出了低碳视角下湿地旅游资源开发应采取的切实可行策略，为我国湿地旅游资源实施低碳开发提供一定的参考。
[Abstract]:Wetland is one of the three major ecosystems in the world, which has the functions of purifying water quality, preventing flood, regulating climate, conserving soil and water, providing biological habitat and so on. However, due to the overexploitation of wetland tourism resources in recent years, the wetland area has been drastically reduced, and the ecological function of wetland has declined obviously. Therefore, how to develop and better protect wetland tourism resources has become the focus of attention in the world, and the development of low-carbon tourism has become the main direction of wetland tourism resources development. It is of great practical significance to study the evaluation and development strategies of wetland tourism resources from the perspective of low carbon. On the basis of the evaluation of wetland value at home and abroad, the evaluation of wetland tourism resources, the status quo of low-carbon tourism and the necessity of developing low-carbon tourism in wetlands, This paper systematically analyzes a series of problems in the development and evaluation of wetland tourism resources from a low carbon perspective. In order to evaluate wetland tourism resources from a low carbon perspective, the author bases on the setting principles of the evaluation index system. In the light of the National Wetland Tourism Experimental area scoring Standard issued recently by our country, combined with the characteristics of low-carbon tourism and wetland ecosystem, 16 indexes were selected and finally determined to construct the evaluation index system of wetland tourism resources from the perspective of low carbon. AHP and grey relational analysis are used to evaluate, and AHP can introduce quantitative analysis and grey relational analysis into decision making, which can effectively eliminate the influence of subjective factors. Taking Daqing Wetland as an example, on the basis of defining the present situation of Daqing Wetland Tourism Resources Development from the perspective of low carbon, the paper evaluates Daqing Wetland Tourism Resources. According to the evaluation results, the paper points out the development direction of wetland tourism resources in Daqing. Finally, the paper puts forward some practical strategies for wetland tourism resources development from the perspective of low carbon, which provides a certain reference for the implementation of low-carbon development of wetland tourism resources in China.
