国际旅游岛契机下休闲潜水发展趋势的研究

【摘要】：滨海体育旅游产业被称为“朝阳产业”，已经成为许多国家和地区的国民经济发展的新增长点。在国际旅游岛建设和“十二五”规划下，悄然兴起的休闲潜水已经成为海南滨海旅游业的重要发展项目之一，其独特的魅力正吸引着千千万万的游客前来。本文通过搜集总结前人对休闲潜水运动的相关研究资料，，结合海南休闲潜水现状进行的实践调查情况，利用SWOT和数理统计等分析方法，将影响海南潜水发展因素进行分析，得出发展海南休闲潜水项目的必要性，并制定出针对海南休闲潜水发展战略，进行合理规划，为更快推进国际旅游岛建设和丰富满足人们日益增长的精神需求做贡献。全文总共分为四大章节，核心部分为第三章内容。第三章的第一部分，是休闲潜水理论探讨，普及相关潜水基本知识，其中结合海南实际休闲潜水特点提出休闲潜水概念和海南休闲潜水开发原则；第二部分，从两方面分析休闲潜水发展现状；第三部分，通过上部分的休闲潜水发展现状分析进行海南休闲潜水开发的SWOT分析；第四部分，将影响海南休闲潜水发展的主要因素进行分析；第五部分，制定针对海南的休闲潜水发展战略，明确发展总体思路、目标和重点，根据影响海南休闲潜水发展的主要因素进行系统的合理规划，提出相应建议。研究结论：（一）海南休闲潜水点多、海洋资源丰富，具有发展休闲潜水的独特优势，但与其他国家和地区开发的潜水相比存在一定的不足；（二）影响海南休闲潜水发展主要因素有水资源情况、客源市场、用品业开发、传媒业；（三）以休闲潜水特点和海南休闲潜水开发原则为理论指导，结合影响海南休闲潜水发展主要因素，从两方面进行合理规划：依据经济发展特点，制定不同的战略布局；依据不同海域特色，发展不同潜水项目；（四）通过政策、投资需求、消费需求、休闲潜水用品有效供给、教育五方面促进海南休闲潜水经济循环增长。
[Abstract]:The coastal sports tourism industry, known as "sunrise industry", has become a new growth point in the national economic development of many countries and regions. Under the international tourism island construction and the 12th Five-Year Plan, The quietly rising leisure diving has become one of the important development projects of Hainan coastal tourism, and its unique charm is attracting thousands of tourists. Based on the practical investigation of the present situation of recreational diving in Hainan, the factors affecting the development of diving in Hainan are analyzed by means of SWOT and mathematical statistics, and the necessity of developing recreational diving in Hainan is obtained. In order to accelerate the construction of international tourism island and to enrich and meet the increasing spiritual needs of people, the development strategy of leisure diving in Hainan is formulated and reasonable planning is carried out in order to promote the construction of international tourism island more quickly and to meet the increasing spiritual needs of people. The full text is divided into four chapters altogether, the core part is the third chapter content. The first part of the third chapter discusses the theory of leisure diving, popularizes the basic knowledge of relevant diving, and puts forward the concept of leisure diving and the principles of developing leisure diving in Hainan in combination with the characteristics of Hainan's actual recreational diving; the second part, The third part, through the above part of the leisure diving development status analysis of Hainan leisure diving development SWOT analysis, 4th part, will affect Hainan leisure diving development of the main factors for analysis; In the 5th part, the author formulates the development strategy for leisure diving in Hainan, clarifies the general idea, goal and emphasis of the development, carries out systematic and reasonable planning according to the main factors affecting the development of leisure diving in Hainan, and puts forward corresponding suggestions. The study concluded that:. (1) Hainan has many recreational diving sites and abundant marine resources, which has the unique advantages of developing recreational diving, but it has some shortcomings compared with the diving developed by other countries and regions; (2) the main factors affecting the development of recreational diving in Hainan include the situation of water resources, the tourist market, the development of articles industry and the media industry; (3) based on the characteristics of recreational diving and the principles of recreational diving development in Hainan, and combining with the main factors affecting the development of leisure diving in Hainan, the author makes reasonable planning from two aspects: making different strategic layout according to the characteristics of economic development; To develop different diving projects according to the characteristics of different sea areas; (4) promote Hainan leisure diving economic cycle growth through policy, investment demand, consumption demand, effective supply of leisure diving articles and education.
