河南省工业旅游发展战略研究

【摘要】:工业旅游是随着工业和旅游业的不断发展逐步兴起的一种新型旅游项目,其诞生之初就已经引起了经济界和学术界的关注。在我国的沿海城市已经发展较为成熟,如上海和广州等城市。居于中原地区的河南省工业发展基础良好,工业旅游资源十分丰富,适合发展工业旅游项目。河南省发展工业旅游项目,不但能拓展企业的产业链,扩大企业的知名度和提高工业产品的销量,而且也能壮大河南省的旅游业队伍。但是河南省的工业旅游发展面临诸如规模小、综合效益低等问题,亟需加以调整。 本论文正文共分八个部分。第一部分是是本文的绪论部分。主要介绍了研究背景,研究目的和意义以及研究方法和技术路线、本论文的创新之处。 第二部分,本文对国内外有关工业旅游的研究和实践加以综述。研究发现国外对工业旅游的研究主要侧重于遗产旅游和工业旅游实践活动,,并且国外的工业旅游项目取得较好的效果,国内对工业旅游主要侧重于理论研究,概念、特点、客源市场、产品开发等方面研究居多。 第三部分,对工业旅游的基础理论进行了简单概述。包括:界定了工业旅游含义,分析了工业旅游的五个特点即:科普性、依托性、复杂性、低重游性、较低季节性;介绍了工业旅游开发的基础理论和工业旅游示范点建设理论。 第四部分,介绍了我国工业旅游发展的情况。回顾了我国工业旅游发展的萌芽、起步、政府管理三个阶段;简单介绍我国工业旅游近些年来所取得的成绩;从总体分布、地域分布、行业分布、项目特征等方面分析了我国工业旅游发展的特点;认为工业旅游在认识、产业化、管理、营销等方面还存在着一些问题。 第五部分,介绍了河南省工业旅游的发展现状。简单介绍了河南近几年的工业旅游发展情况,从空间、行业、地理联系率等分析了河南省工业旅游资源分布特征,用SWOT战略分析法分析了河南省工业旅游发展的优、劣势,面临的机遇和挑战,接下来,找出了河南省工业旅游发展出现的诸如数量少、效益低等问题。 第六部分,对河南省工业旅游资源通过定性与定量相结合的方法进行简单评价,发现工业旅游资源呈英文字母C状分布,河南省在食品、生物等产业具有较强的竞争力;之后对河南工业旅游开发提出很多有益的思考,提出河南工业旅游可以选择工业遗产旅游、现代工业企业旅游、工业园区旅游、工业博物馆展示旅游等四种工业旅游开发模式;指出河南应当重点开发食品制造、酒饮酿造、医药制造、汽车制造、石油开采、煤炭开采、创意产业、工业园区等主题工业旅游产品;并对工业旅游进行了空间布局优化,提出可以按照1·1·4·9的方式,即重点建设一条工业旅游带,一个工业旅游综合示范区、四大工业旅游区,九大工业旅游基地;对客源市场进行定位:主要客源在学生、老师、企业管理人员、退休人员等;依据资源特点,设计了健康生活游、传统工艺游、文化创意游,现代交通工具游、“黑色”产业游、感受神奇——化工之旅等六种不同的旅游线路。 第七部分,主要阐述了河南省工业旅游发展的四个战略:资源重组战略、大旅游发展战略、品牌发展战略和示范带动战略,并提出为保证项目顺利开展所要构筑的由动力、吸力、助力和媒介四大子系统组成的保障系统。 第八部分,是本文的结语部分,是对本研究的总结,并指出本文在研究中存在的不足以及未来研究的展望。
[Abstract]:Industrial tourism is a new tourism project with the development of industry and tourism industry gradually rise, the beginning of its birth has caused economic and academia. In China's coastal city development has been more mature, such as Shanghai and Guangzhou city in Henan province. The good development of the industrial base in the Central Plains region the industrial tourism resources are very rich, suitable for the development of industrial tourism. Tourism Industrial Development in Henan Province, can not only expand the industrial chain of the enterprise, expand business visibility and improve industrial product sales, but also to strengthen the tourism of Henan province team. But the development of industrial tourism in Henan province faces such as small scale. The comprehensive benefits of the problems that need to be adjusted.
The main body of this thesis is divided into eight parts. The first part is the introduction part of this paper. It mainly introduces the research background, research purpose and significance, research methods and technology roadmap, and the innovation of this paper.
The second part, the domestic and foreign relevant industrial tourism research and practice are reviewed. The study found that the research on industrial tourism abroad mainly focused on industrial heritage tourism and tourism activities, tourism and foreign industrial project has achieved good results, for the domestic tourism industry mainly focuses on the theory research, the concept, characteristics, tourist market. The majority of product development.
The third part, the basic theory of industrial tourism are summarized simply. Include: to define the meaning of tourism industry, analyzes the five characteristics of industrial tourism is popular, relying on nature, complexity, low return, low seasonal; introduces the basic theory of the development of industrial tourism and industrial tourism demonstration construction theory.
The fourth part introduces the development of China's tourism industry. Reviews the bud, China's tourism industry development started, the government management in three stages; brief introduction of China's tourism industry in recent years has made the achievement; from the overall distribution, regional distribution, industry distribution, aspects of project characteristics analysis of the characteristics of industrial development tourism in China; that the industrial tourism in understanding, industrialization, management, marketing and other aspects there are still some problems.
The fifth part introduces the development status of Henan province tourism industry. Introduced in Henan in recent years the development of the tourism industry, from space, industry, geographical contact rate analysis of industrial tourism resources distribution in Henan Province, analysis Henan province tourism development strengths and weaknesses, with SWOT strategic analysis, face next, find out the opportunities and challenges, Henan province tourism industry development such as the quantity, the low efficiency problem.
The sixth part, a simple evaluation method of industrial tourism resources in Henan province through the combination of qualitative and quantitative, found English distribute in the shape of "C industrial tourism resources in Henan Province, food, biological and other industries with strong competitiveness; then put forward a lot of useful thinking for the Henan industrial tourism development, put forward the industrial tourism in Henan can choose industry modern industrial heritage tourism, tourism enterprises, tourism industrial park, industrial museum tourism and other four kinds of industrial tourism development model; the paper points out that Henan should focus on the development of food manufacturing, wine brewing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, automobile manufacturing, petroleum mining, coal mining, creative industries, industrial parks and other theme of the industrial tourism products; and the industrial tourism the optimization of space layout, put forward according to the 1 - 1 - 4 - 9, which focus on the construction of a tourism industrial zone, a comprehensive demonstration of industrial tourism Four industrial area, tourism area, tourism nine industrial base; positioning of the market: the main source for students, teachers, managers, retirees; according to the characteristics of resources, design a healthy life tour, the traditional process of travel, cultural and creative tourism, modern transport tour, black industry tour, feel magic - chemical tour six different tourist routes.
The seventh part mainly expounds four strategies of Henan province tourism industry development: strategic reorganization of resources, tourism development strategy, brand development strategy and demonstration strategy, and put forward to ensure the smooth development of the project to build the power by power, suction, and media four security subsystem consists of the system.
The eighth part, the concluding part of this article, is the summary of this study, and points out the shortcomings in the study and the prospect of the future research.
