郫县农科村农家乐旅游现状及问题调查报告

【摘要】：改革开放以后,我国城镇化进程加快,大中城市人口聚集十分明显,城市生活节奏加快,环境污染日益严重,工作压力不断增加,越来越多的都市人选择闲暇时间走进农村,体验乡村生活,享受田园乐趣。20世纪80年代,郫县友爱镇农科村依托自身花卉苗木产业发展民俗旅游,是全国“农家乐”发源地之一,由于发展较早,农科村农家乐发展模式在全国起到了示范带头作用,是中国农家乐的典型缩影。随着农家乐旅游的迅猛发展,同质化竞争越来越严重,农科村农家乐旅游曾一度衰落,直至近几年开始回温。在农家乐激烈的竞争中,农科村如何保持其优势,还需要在哪些方面做出努力,值得进一步的探索。本文以郫县友爱镇农科村“农家乐”为研究对象,对游客进行了问卷调查,并将游客的基本信息、游客的旅游特征、期望值与实际值及游客满意度进行相关统计。通过分析游客满意度,了解游客选择消费形态及影响农家乐发展因素,为农科村提供进一步发展“农家乐”的建议,为其他农家乐发展提供参考样本。全文共分为五个部分：第一部分介绍论文的选题背景、国内外研究动态、研究目的意义及本文的写作思路和框架。第二部分主要阐述农家乐旅游相关内容。首先,介绍农家乐基本概念、分类与特点。其次,介绍目前农家乐旅游模式。最后将农家乐旅游与其他休闲旅游模式进行对比研究。第三部分首先回顾郫县农科村农家乐发展,并分析其旅游发展现状。其次对农科村农家乐旅游发展进行SWOT分析。第四部分首先介绍问卷调查相关情况,问卷设计、发放及回收。其次将问卷进行统计和分析。最后得出实证研究结论。第五部分从研究结论出发,提出农科村农家乐进一步发展的对策。
[Abstract]:After the reform and opening - up , the urbanization process of our country is accelerated , the population of the large and medium - sized cities is very obvious , the life rhythm of the city is accelerated , the environmental pollution is increasingly serious , the working pressure is increasing , and more and more people choose their leisure time to enter the countryside , experience the rural life and enjoy the field joy .

This paper makes a questionnaire survey on the tourist ' s basic information , the tourist characteristics , the expected value and the actual value and the tourist satisfaction . By analyzing the tourist ' s satisfaction and understanding the tourist ' s choice of consumption form and influencing the development of the peasant family , the paper provides a reference sample for the development of the other rural areas .

The full text is divided into five parts :

The first part introduces the background of the thesis , the research developments at home and abroad , the significance of research and the thinking and framework of writing .

The second part mainly expounds the relevant contents of agricultural and family music tourism . Firstly , it introduces the basic concept , classification and characteristics of agricultural and family music . Secondly , it introduces the current mode of agricultural and family music tourism . Finally , this paper makes a comparative study on the tourism and other leisure tourism modes .

The third part firstly reviews the development of agriculture and family music in Pixian County , and analyzes the present situation of tourism development . Secondly , SWOT analysis is carried out on the development of agricultural and rural tourism in the village of agriculture .

The fourth part firstly introduces the questionnaire related information , questionnaire design , distribution and recovery . Secondly , the questionnaire is divided into statistics and analysis . Finally , the conclusion of the empirical research is obtained . The fifth part , from the conclusion of the study , puts forward the countermeasures for further development of the peasant household .
