基于老龄化社会的伊春森林避暑养老旅游开发研究

【摘要】：近三十年来,我国人口结构发生了重大的改变。在2000年底进入老龄化社会,并以年均3%的增长率递增,成为全世界老年人发展速度最快的国家。预计到2050年,我国老年人口将达到4.37亿,占总人口30%人口,成为高度老龄化国家。老龄化给我们社会发展带来的机遇和挑战并存：一方面是老年人消费规模日益庞大,将促进老龄产业的市场壮大；另一方面是老年人生活中日益增长的物质和精神需求,要求社会能提供优质的养老产品和服务,否则会出现众多社会性问题。国内老龄人人口基数大,老年人在消费能力加强、闲暇时间充裕、享受观念转变、子女无暇照顾、身体机能减弱、夏季气候炎热的多种复杂因素共同作用下,产生了避暑、养老和旅游的多重需求。然而,我国为老年人提供避暑养老旅游的服务相当少,只有昆明、大连等小部分地区的避暑养老旅游打开了一定市场,学术界对避暑养老旅游的研究更是处于空白,避暑养老旅游市场亟待成熟。本文选取位于东北地区的伊春作为森林避暑养老旅游目的地,对森林避暑养老旅游的开发进行探讨。首先,分析了影响老年旅游的需求因素,研究了国内老年旅游市场发展现状,提出了存在的主要问题,认为国内避暑养老旅游市场存在较大发展空间；其次,论证了发展森林避暑养老旅游具有满足老年人避暑养老需求、丰富伊春旅游产品、扩大当地就业渠道、增加旅游收入等意义,对伊春所具备的开发森林避暑养老旅游的各类资源进行盘点和整合,认为伊春有条件而且必须开发森林避暑养老旅游：再次,总结剖析了国内外养老旅游开发的成功案例,结合伊春实际情况,提出了伊春森林避暑养老旅游产品开发的整体构想,设定了开发的原则,设计了森林避暑养老旅游六要素产品,构建了森林避暑养老旅游的参与者EEG模型,规划了阶段性开发策略；最后提出了开发实践的对策建议。
[Abstract]:In the past three decades, China's population structure has undergone major changes.At the end of 2000, it entered an aging society, with an average annual growth rate of 3%, becoming the fastest developing country for the elderly in the world.By 2050, China's elderly population will reach 437 million, accounting for 30% of the total population, become a highly aging country.The opportunities and challenges brought by ageing to the development of our society coexist: on the one hand, the increasing scale of consumption by the elderly, which will contribute to the expansion of the market for the ageing industry; and, on the other hand, the growing material and spiritual needs of the elderly in their lives,Require society to provide quality pension products and services, otherwise there will be many social problems.The population base of the elderly people in China is large, and the elderly people have a combined effect of a variety of complex factors, such as strengthening their consumption capacity, having ample leisure time, changing their enjoyment concept, having no time to take care of their children, weakening their physical functions, and having a hot summer climate.Pension and tourism needs.However, there are few services for the elderly in our country, only Kunming, Dalian and other small areas have opened up a certain market, the academic research on the summer old-age tourism is in the blank.Summer retirement tourism market needs to be mature.In this paper, Yichun, located in Northeast China, is chosen as the destination of forest summer pension tourism, and the development of forest summer retirement tourism is discussed.First of all, it analyzes the demand factors affecting the elderly tourism, studies the current situation of the domestic elderly tourism market, puts forward the main problems, and thinks that there is a great space for the development of the domestic summer old-age tourism market.It is demonstrated that the development of forest summer old-age tourism has the significance of satisfying the needs of the elderly for summer care, enriching Yichun tourism products, expanding local employment channels, and increasing tourism income, etc.Taking stock and integrating all kinds of resources of developing forest summer old-age tourism in Yichun, the author thinks that Yichun has conditions and must develop forest summer old-age tourism. Thirdly, it summarizes and analyzes the successful cases of the development of old-age tourism at home and abroad.Combined with the actual situation of Yichun, this paper puts forward the overall conception of the development of the forest summer pension tourism products, sets up the principles of the development, designs the six essential factors of forest summer retirement tourism, and constructs the EEG model of the participants in the forest summer retirement tourism.The stage development strategy is planned, and the countermeasures and suggestions of the development practice are put forward.
