珠海市旅游用地时空演变特征及其驱动力分析

【摘要】：运用ARCGIS技术对珠海市近23a来旅游用地变化及其驱动因子进行时空相关分析.研究结果表明:①规模呈持续增长的变化趋势;②地类结构中林地和建设用地比重变化显著;③新增旅游用地绝大部分来源于林地,来源于耕地的比重较小;④总体空间形态演变呈现出"十"字形特征.分析了珠海市旅游用地时空演变的内力和外力驱动因子,认为:①珠海市旅游用地时间变化的主要内部驱动因子是人口和可支配收入的增长、经济社会发展和旅游交通设施改善;②其空间变化与旅游资源等级、土地利用类型的空间分布、交通线路变化、城镇中心距离等内部驱动因子的关系密切;③国家、省区促进旅游产业发展的政策等外部因子为珠海市旅游用地增长提供了契机,但当地政府积极发展旅游业的政策与规划导向是最主要的外部驱动.
[Abstract]:The spatial and temporal correlation of land use change and its driving factors in Zhuhai during the past 23 years were analyzed by using ARCGIS technique.The results showed that the proportion of forest land and construction land changed significantly in the scale of 1: 1. The majority of the new tourist land came from woodland, and the proportion from cultivated land was small.(4) the evolution of the overall spatial form shows the character of "ten".This paper analyzes the internal and external forces driving factors of the spatial and temporal evolution of tourism land in Zhuhai, and concludes that the main internal driving factors of the temporal change of tourism land in Zhuhai are the growth of population and disposable income.The economic and social development and the improvement of tourism transportation facilities are closely related to the internal driving factors, such as the level of tourism resources, the spatial distribution of land use types, the change of traffic routes, and the distance between towns and cities.The external factors such as the policies to promote the development of tourism industry in the provinces and autonomous regions provide opportunities for the growth of tourism land in Zhuhai, but the policy and planning guidance of the local government to actively develop the tourism industry is the main external driving force.
