上海市民自助旅游者行为研究

【摘要】:自助旅游是近年来国内旅游的新兴产物,人们希望通过自己的游历过程来用心去体验自然、环境、生活以及生命。他们越来越多的希望通过旅游本身来感受意境之美和获得精神上的愉快感受,此时,自助旅游受到推崇,但是随即而来的是旅游事故的频发,因为对于该人群的旅游行为研究具有理论和现实的双重意义。基于这一背景,本文以旅游者的行为特征为研究对象,系统阐述了自助旅游者的现状、旅游决策行为、旅游空间行为和旅游安全行为。 本文选取上海市自助旅游者作为研究对象,在大量借鉴国内外研究成果的基础上,以问卷调查和面对面深度访谈为主要方法,利用Excel软件和SPSS统计分析软件对524份有效问卷进行统计分析,结合问卷调查的结果和访谈内容的归纳,剖析上海市自助旅游者的决策行为特征、空间行为特征和安全行为特征,进而得出相关的具有指导意义的结论与启示。 本文主要分为七个部分。第一部分为绪论部分,,主要阐述了本文的研究背景、研究目的及意义、理论基础、研究内容、研究方法和研究框架等。第二部分为综述部分,分别回顾了自助旅游和旅游者行为的相关国内外研究。第三部分为上海是自助旅游者现状分析,在通过问卷数据的基础上,对上海市自助旅游者的人口学特征以及一般的旅游特性进行了相关分析。第四部分为上海市自助旅游者决策行为,主要运用因子分析的方法对其决策行为进行了着重的分析。第五部分为空间行为研究部分,主要通过空间分析的方法并结合GIS的地理运用手段对上海市自助旅游者的空间辐射尺度和目的地选择态势进行了相关分析。第六部分为自助旅游者安全行为研究,主要通过对上海自助旅游安全行为经历的分析来探讨现阶段自助旅游者安全行为的现状。第七部分为结论与讨论,首先对本文重要结论作出分析总结,其次在旅游者行为的实证分析基础上提出了相关建议,以指导自助旅游的发展。 本文不仅结合了自助旅游者行为的总体趋势,还从微观角度探讨了自助旅游者的安全行为,填补了目前研究的理论空白,具有一定的理论研究价值;同时本文的研究结论和获得的相关统计数据也会对全国各目的地市场对于开拓上海客源市场提供了实践方面的借鉴经验。
[Abstract]:Self-help travel is a new product of domestic tourism in recent years. People hope to experience nature, environment, life and life through their own travel process.More and more of them hope to feel the beauty of artistic conception and get spiritual pleasure through the tourism itself. At this time, self-help tourism is respected, but then comes the frequent occurrence of tourism accidents.Because the study of tourism behavior of this group has both theoretical and practical significance.Based on this background, this paper takes the behavior characteristics of tourists as the research object, and systematically expounds the present situation of self-help tourists, tourism decision-making behavior, tourism spatial behavior and tourism safety behavior.This paper selects self-help tourists in Shanghai as the research object, based on a large number of domestic and foreign research results, questionnaire survey and face-to-face in-depth interviews as the main method.Using Excel software and SPSS statistical analysis software to analyze 524 valid questionnaires, combined with the results of the questionnaire and the summary of interview content, to analyze the characteristics of decision-making behavior, spatial behavior and safety behavior of self-help tourists in Shanghai.Then draw the relevant conclusions and revelations of guiding significance.This paper is divided into seven parts.The first part is the introduction part, mainly elaborated the research background, the research goal and the significance, the theory foundation, the research content, the research method and the research frame and so on.The second part is a review of self-tourism and tourist behavior at home and abroad.The third part is the analysis of the current situation of self-help tourists in Shanghai. Based on the questionnaire data, the demographic characteristics and general tourism characteristics of self-help tourists in Shanghai are analyzed.The fifth part is the space behavior research part, mainly through the spatial analysis method and the GIS geography application means to carry on the correlation analysis to the Shanghai self-help tourist spatial radiation scale and the destination choice situation.The sixth part is the study of self-help tourists' safety behavior, mainly through the analysis of Shanghai self-help tourism safety behavior experience to explore the current situation of self-help tourists' safety behavior.The seventh part is the conclusion and discussion. Firstly, this paper makes an analysis and summary of the important conclusions, and then puts forward some relevant suggestions on the basis of the empirical analysis of tourists' behavior to guide the development of self-help tourism.This paper not only combines the general trend of self-help tourists' behavior, but also probes into the self-help tourists' safety behavior from the micro angle, fills up the theoretical blank of the current research, and has certain theoretical research value;At the same time, the conclusion of this paper and the relevant statistical data will also provide practical experience for the development of Shanghai tourist market in all destination markets in China.
