【摘要】：黔东南州拥有世界顶级的原生态资源，是难得一见、最赋魅力、最有潜力的旅游目的地。原生的民族文化、原始的自然生态、原貌的历史遗存构成了黔东南州丰富的旅游资源，再加上区位和政策等优势，这些构成了其得天独厚的区域优势，并为黔东南旅游经济的发展打下了良好的经济基础。但从全省甚至全国的范围来看，黔东南州的旅游发展目前仍处于很落后的地位，其旅游发展阶段仍处于观光旅游阶段，这与黔东南州良好的区域优势极不相符。对于经济基础相对薄弱的黔东南来说，发展旅游业对其区域的发展具有突破口的意义。本文以黔东南州丰富独特的区域优势为研究对象，展开广泛而深入的探讨，以发展旅游产业来带动黔东南州经济发展为主要研究线索，从相关经济理论分析区域优势，旅游产业与区域经济发展三者之间的关系，再结合优势及在开发方面存在的问题．并在此基础上，提出有效开发黔东合黔东南州的区域优势做定性和定量分析，深入地分析黔东南州旅游资源，从而得出黔南州旅游经济发展的建议与措施。本文创新之处在于运用定量分析来对黔东南州旅游业发展的区域优势，从而能更具体地把握黔东南州旅游经济发展的脉络。全文共分为六个部分：第一部分为绪论部分。这一部分主要讨论了本文的研究背景、研究意义、研究思路及内容以及研究方法和主要创新，并对区域优势相关概念进行阐述，，同时对区域优势理论国内外研究进行综述。第二部分在第一部分的基础上对区域优势的影响因素和评价指标进行详细说明。这些基础为后文分析黔东南旅游业发展的区域优势提供了理论支撑，并为后文的定量分析提供了可靠的分析理论。第三部分对旅游业发展中的区域优势的相关理论进行说明，并论述了这些理论在区域旅游经济中的应用。涉及的理论有增增长及理论，竞合理论，产业集群理论，可持续发展理论。这些理论对本文在分析区域优势基础很好地指导了黔东南旅游经济发展。第四部分对黔东南州的区情进行介绍，主要从旅游资源和旅游业发展状况进行介绍，从而对黔东南州旅游业发展的有更清晰的认识。第五部分对黔东南旅游业发展的区域优势进行定量分析，主要从资源优势，动态优势，政策优势，区位优势等角度进行论证分析。这些分析让我们对黔东南旅游经济的发展有了更直观更深刻的认识。第六部分在总结前五部分的基础上，提出黔东南旅游经济发展的主要对策，涉及的方面有：对旅游形象进行定位，完善空间布局，建立于和周边地区的合作机制等等。从而为黔东南旅游业的发展提供可行性措施。
[Abstract]:Qiandongnan Prefecture has the world's top original ecological resources, is rare, the most attractive, the most potential tourist destination.The original national culture, primitive natural ecology, historical relics of the original appearance constitute rich tourist resources in Qiandongnan Prefecture, together with the advantages of location and policy, which constitute its unique regional advantages.And for the development of tourism economy in the southeast of Guizhou laid a good economic foundation.But judging from the whole province and even the whole country, the tourism development of Qiandongnan is still in a very backward position, and its tourism development is still in the tourism stage, which is very inconsistent with the good regional advantage of Qiandongnan.For Qiandongnan, where the economic base is relatively weak, the development of tourism is of great significance to the development of the region.This paper takes the rich and unique regional advantage of Qiandongnan as the research object, carries out extensive and in-depth discussion, and takes the development of tourism industry to promote the economic development of Qiandongnan as the main research clue, and analyzes the regional advantage from the relevant economic theory.The relationship between tourism industry and regional economic development, combined with advantages and problems in development.On the basis of this, the paper puts forward some suggestions and measures for the development of tourism economy in Qiannan prefecture by qualitatively and quantitatively analyzing the regional advantages of Qiandong and Qiandongnan prefecture, and deeply analyzing the tourism resources of Qiandongnan prefecture.The innovation of this paper lies in the application of quantitative analysis to the regional advantages of tourism development in Qiandongnan Prefecture, so as to grasp more concretely the context of tourism economic development in Qiandongnan Prefecture.The full text is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction.This part mainly discusses the research background, research significance, research ideas and contents, research methods and main innovations, and describes the related concepts of regional advantage. At the same time, it summarizes the domestic and foreign research on regional advantage theory.In the second part, on the basis of the first part, the influencing factors and evaluation indexes of regional advantage are explained in detail.These foundations provide theoretical support for the later analysis of the regional advantages of tourism development in the southeast of Guizhou, and provide a reliable analysis theory for the quantitative analysis of the later articles.The third part explains the theory of regional advantage in tourism development, and discusses the application of these theories in regional tourism economy.The theories involved include increasing growth and theory, competing theory, industrial cluster theory and sustainable development theory.These theories have guided the development of tourism economy in the southeast of Guizhou province well based on the analysis of regional superiority.The fourth part introduces the regional situation of Qiandongnan Prefecture, mainly from the tourism resources and tourism development, so as to have a clearer understanding of the development of tourism in Qiandongnan Prefecture.The fifth part makes quantitative analysis on the regional advantages of tourism development in the southeast of Guizhou province, mainly from the aspects of resource advantage, dynamic advantage, policy advantage, location advantage and so on.These analyses give us a more intuitive and profound understanding of the development of tourism economy in Southeast Guizhou.On the basis of summarizing the first five parts, the sixth part puts forward the main countermeasures for the development of tourism economy in the southeast of Guizhou, which involves the following aspects: positioning the tourism image, perfecting the spatial layout, establishing the cooperation mechanism with the surrounding areas, and so on.So as to provide feasible measures for the development of tourism in the southeast of Guizhou.
