【摘要】：旅游产业被认为是世界上发展最快的行业之一，随着旅游业在经济发展中的地位日趋重要，全国各地投入大量的人力物力来开发旅游资源、吸引客源，如何提升旅游业竞争力，成为了业界、学界亟待面对的新的挑战。产业集群的出现无疑为提升区域旅游业发展提供了新的途径。旅游产业集群揭示了旅游相关企业在一些地方集结成群，从而获得竞争优势的现象和机制。因而，对旅游产业集群的特征、影响因素的研究有利于培育和发展旅游产业集群，提高旅游产业的竞争力。上海是我国的第一大城市，在现代化发展和历史文化的积淀下，拥有了数量众多的旅游资源，而且上海的现代化程度在国内也是数一数二，当地的基础设施建设和居民的生活状态俱佳，城市形象有口皆碑。旅游产业集群作为旅游产业发展的有效途径值得关注。第一章是本文的导论。简单地介绍本文的研究背景、研究意义和国内外相关研究成果。第二章是相关理论的阐述，分别就产业集群和旅游产业集群相关概念和理论进行了阐述。首先对产业集群的理论进行介绍，，然后引出旅游产业集群的概念特征和判定方法，并着重介绍了旅游产业集群发展的因素理论、生命周期理论。第三章介绍了上海旅游产业的概况，并对上海旅游产业集群发展的现状、特征及问题进行了分析。通过资源分布密度指标、区位商指标和关联度系数对上海旅游产业集群的发展现状进行了评述，发现上海旅游产业集群在发展过程中存在旅游产业关联度弱、旅游院校区位商偏低等问题。第四章:分析上海旅游产业集群发展的影响因素。通过建立上海旅游产业集群影响因素分析结构模型，重点就前一章所提出的问题做更进一步的剖析，认为旅游产业关联度弱，源于旅游产业链上缺乏行业龙头企业做支撑、各类企业合作不足所致；而旅游院校区位商低在于旅游教育投入不足，将影响旅游产业的进一步发展，另外还对其他集群构成要素的影响机理进行了阐述，最后提出了相关的对策。第五章是本文针对上述分析结果所做的总结以及后续研究展望。
[Abstract]:Tourism industry is regarded as one of the fastest - growing industries in the world . With the increasingly important position of tourism in economic development , a great deal of manpower and material resources are invested all over the country to develop tourism resources , attract tourists and improve the competitiveness of tourism industry .

Shanghai is the first big city of our country , under the accumulation of modern development and historical culture , it has a large number of tourist resources , and the modernization degree of Shanghai is a number of second and second in China . The local infrastructure construction and the living conditions of the residents are good , and the city image is public . The tourism industry cluster is the effective way for the development of tourism industry .

Chapter One is the introduction of this paper . It briefly introduces the research background , research significance and relevant research results at home and abroad .

The second chapter expounds the concept and theory of industrial cluster and tourism industry cluster . Firstly , the theory of industrial cluster is introduced , then the concept and method of tourism industry cluster are introduced , and the factor theory and life cycle theory of tourism industry cluster development are introduced emphatically .

Chapter Three introduces the general situation of the tourism industry in Shanghai , and analyzes the present situation , characteristics and problems of the development of the tourism industry cluster in Shanghai .

Chapter Four : Analyzing the influencing factors of the development of tourism industry cluster in Shanghai . By establishing the analysis structure model of the influencing factors of the tourism industry cluster in Shanghai , the paper makes a further analysis on the problems raised in the previous chapter , and concludes that the correlation degree of the tourism industry is weak , which is caused by the lack of industry leading enterprises in the tourism industry chain and the lack of cooperation of various enterprises ;
However , the low level of tourism education is that insufficient investment in tourism education will affect the further development of tourism industry , and the mechanism of influencing factors of other clusters is elaborated . Finally , some relevant countermeasures are put forward .

The fifth chapter is the summary of the above analysis results and the prospect of follow - up study .
