永泰千江月休闲农场深度开发研究

【摘要】：随着社会经济的快速发展,人们收入水平的显著提高,闲暇时间的普遍增多,再加上人们的工作和生活压力逐渐增大,许多人开始对于城市生活产生了疲劳感和厌倦感,开始渴望回归自然,体验宁静祥和的乡村生活,休闲农业就这样应运而生并快速发展起来。与此同时,我国的社会主义新农村建设的顺利开展,也进一步为休闲农业的发展注入了新的推动力。因此,充分利用农村的自然资源、景观资源以及文化资源,将旅游与农业生产结合起来,大力发展休闲农业,是时代不可阻挡的潮流。论文在综合国内外相关研究的基础上,根据永泰县千江月农场的实际情况进行了研究与规划设计。研究得出的结论有：千江月农场的自然地理、旅游资源、农业生产、基础设施等条件良好,适合休闲农业的开发；千江月休闲农业开发的指导思想是把千江月休闲农场建设成为集农业生产、生态旅游、素质拓展、商务度假、休闲养生等于一体的休闲农业示范中心,使之成为福建休闲农业旅游的经典“台式”生态休闲农场；针对千江月发展休闲农业过程中面临着市场和经营等等诸多风险等,论文从几个方面提出了相应的解决对策。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, the remarkable improvement of people's income level, the general increase of leisure time, and the increasing pressure of people's work and life, many people begin to feel tired and tired about urban life. Eager to return to nature and experience quiet and peaceful rural life, leisure agriculture came into being and developed rapidly. At the same time, the smooth development of new socialist countryside in our country has further injected new impetus into the development of leisure agriculture. Therefore, it is an irresistible trend of the times to make full use of rural natural resources, landscape resources and cultural resources, combine tourism with agricultural production, and vigorously develop leisure agriculture. On the basis of synthesizing domestic and foreign related research, this paper has carried on the research and the plan design according to the Yongtai County Qianjiang Moon Farm's actual situation. The conclusions are as follows: the natural geography of Qianjiang Moon Farm, tourism resources, agricultural production, infrastructure and other conditions are good, suitable for the development of leisure agriculture; The guiding ideology of the development of leisure agriculture in Qianjiang Moon is to build the leisure farm of Qianjiang Moon into a demonstration center for leisure agriculture that integrates agricultural production, eco-tourism, quality development, business vacation, and leisure health preservation. In order to make it the classic "desktop" ecological leisure farm of Fujian leisure agriculture tourism, the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from several aspects in view of the many risks faced by the market and management in the development of leisure agriculture in Qianjiang month.
