天津市筹建“中国篮球博物馆”的可行性分析与筹建规划研究

【摘要】：本文采用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法，逻辑分析法等方法，对在天津筹建“中国篮球博物馆”给予科学论证。目的是在天津建立一座永久珍藏与传承中国篮球文化的“篮球博物馆”。研究的结论主要有： 1、鉴于对中国篮球文化的传承与保护，在国内尚未提出对中国筹建“中国篮球博物馆”的设想，更未有人提及选址“天津”。因此，从传承保护中国篮球文化遗产的角度提出这一设想具有深远的意义。 2、通过对博物馆、体育类博物馆的研究，以及对“中国篮球博物馆”的可行性调查，95%以上的专家认为以博物馆为载体的实体建筑对我国篮球文化传播将起到重要作用。 3、在“中国篮球博物馆”筹建规划的选址方案上，应该选址在天津体育学院新校区比较合理。主要因为天津团泊地区今后将成为天津体育文化传播与发展的重要地区。 4、在“中国篮球博物馆”筹建规划的管理模式上，应该采用综合的管理模式，，一方面需要政府的支持；另一方面“中国篮球博物馆”在管理上，要依靠自身的优势不断与市场相结合，走一条综合发展的管理模式。 5、在“中国篮球博物馆”筹建规划的展示方式上，应该采用将传统文物和现代科技并存的展示方式比较合理。因为传统与现代的结合更能生动形象的展现不同时代的变化与发展。 6、在“中国篮球博物馆”筹建规划的产业开发上，应该采取开展各种公益形式的文化活动，不断增强社会群体对“中国篮球博物馆”的了解，在文化产业的开发下不断发挥自身的文化品牌优势实现自身的可持续发展。 7、在“中国篮球博物馆”筹建规划的运营维护上，“中国篮球博物馆”的运营维护应该采取多种渠道的运营手段，不能仅仅只依靠政府去维持，不断发挥自身的文化优势实现可持续发展。
[Abstract]:By using the methods of literature, investigation, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, this paper gives a scientific demonstration on the preparation of "China Basketball Museum" in Tianjin. The aim is to establish a "basketball museum" in Tianjin, a permanent collection and heritage of Chinese basketball culture. The main conclusions of the study are: 1. In view of the inheritance and protection of Chinese basketball culture, there has not been a tentative plan to build a "Chinese basketball museum" in China, and no one has mentioned the location of "Tianjin". Therefore, it is of great significance to put forward this idea from the angle of inheriting and protecting Chinese basketball cultural heritage. 2. Through the study of museums, sports museums, and the feasibility investigation of "Chinese Basketball Museum", over 95% of the experts think that the physical architecture with museums as the carrier will play an important role in the dissemination of basketball culture in China. 3. In the plan of "China Basketball Museum", it is reasonable to locate the site in the new campus of Tianjin Institute of physical Education. Mainly because Tianjin Tuanbo area will become Tianjin sports culture dissemination and development important area in the future. 4. In the management mode of "China Basketball Museum", we should adopt a comprehensive management model, which needs the support of the government on the one hand, and the "Chinese Basketball Museum" on the other. To rely on their own advantages and constantly combined with the market, a comprehensive development of the management model. 5. It is reasonable to display the traditional cultural relics and modern science and technology in the exhibition mode of the plan of "Chinese Basketball Museum". Because the combination of tradition and modern can vividly show the change and development of different times. 6. In the industrial development of the "China Basketball Museum", it is necessary to carry out various forms of cultural activities in order to continuously enhance the understanding of the "Chinese Basketball Museum" among the social groups. Under the development of cultural industry, the advantages of cultural brand should be brought into full play to realize their sustainable development. 7. With regard to the operation and maintenance of the "China Basketball Museum", the operation and maintenance of the "China Basketball Museum" should be carried out through a variety of channels, rather than relying solely on the government to maintain it. We will continue to give full play to our own cultural advantages to achieve sustainable development.
