河南邓州南北朝砖墓灰浆分析研究

【摘要】：本文选取河南省邓州南北朝画像砖墓中使用的粘结灰浆,利用偏光显微镜(PLM)、扫描电子显微镜及能谱仪(SEM-EDX)、X-射线荧光分析仪(EDXRF)、X-射线衍射仪(XRD)等仪器研究了灰浆的化学成分和微观结构、阐释了灰浆强度与其化学成分间的关系。研究发现灰土材料灰浆在固化过程中形成的网状硅酸钙结构大大增强了灰浆强度,并初步探讨了其形成原因及作用机理。
[Abstract]:This paper selects the adhesive mortar used in the portrait brick tombs of the Southern and Northern dynasties in Dengzhou, Henan Province. The chemical composition and microstructure of mortar were studied by means of polarizing microscope (PLM), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS). The relationship between the strength of mortar and its chemical composition was explained. It is found that the reticulated calcium silicate structure formed during the curing process of the lime and soil mortar greatly enhances the strength of the mortar, and the formation reason and the mechanism of its action are discussed preliminarily.
