游船旅游者对漓江景观的期望与感知研究

【摘要】：对漓江游船旅游者进行期望与感知研究是提升漓江景观品质和游客满意度的科学依据。以桂林漓江风景区为研究区域,通过问卷调研获取数据,采用SPSS软件和IPA分析法研究游船旅游者对漓江景观的游前期望与感知实绩情况。结果显示:游船旅游者对漓江景观总体评价较积极,期望与感知水平均较高,但感知实绩普遍低于游前期望。游客对"如诗如画"的漓江期望最高,对"山形奇特,峰峦起伏"的景观感知最佳,对"江水清澈"的漓江认同度较低。期望感知差异最大的是"如诗如画"的意境和"江水清澈"的漓江水质。桂林漓江景观建设应继续凸显其山水意境,重点加强水环境治理,丰富沿线景观和旅游产品体验。最后提出了本文研究不足与展望。
[Abstract]:The research on the expectation and perception of the tourists on the Lijiang River is the scientific basis to improve the landscape quality and tourist satisfaction of the Lijiang River. Taking Guilin Lijiang Scenic spot as the research area, the data were obtained through questionnaire investigation, and the expectation and perceived performance of cruise tourists to the Lijiang River landscape were studied by SPSS software and IPA analysis method. The results show that cruise tourists generally evaluate Lijiang River landscape positively, with high expectation and perception level, but the perceived performance is generally lower than pre-tour expectation. Visitors have the highest expectation of the "picturesque Lijiang River", the best perception of the "unique mountain shape, undulating peaks", and the lower degree of recognition of the "clear river". The greatest difference in perception is the picturesque artistic conception and the clear water quality of the Lijiang River. The landscape construction of the Lijiang River in Guilin should continue to highlight its artistic conception, strengthen the water environment management, and enrich the experience of landscape and tourism products along the line. Finally, the paper puts forward the deficiency and prospect of this paper.
