基于游客需求的福建省旅游公共服务研究

【摘要】：我国旅游业快速发展,在促进国民消费、推动经济转型过程中发挥着越来越重要的作用。国民休闲意识日益增强,国内旅游市场愈加成熟,旅游已成为广大人民群众生活的重要内容之一。大众化、散客化、常态化旅游趋势日益明显,游客对出游过程中的交通环境、信息咨询、安全保障、品质保障等旅游公共服务的需求愈加强烈。旅游公共服务成为现代旅游发展不可或缺的要素,是衡量一个区域旅游业成熟与否的一个重要标志。如何建立旅游公共服务体系,全面提高旅游服务质量,成为旅游部门转变职能,促进旅游产业发展的重点。本文在学习研究国内外旅游公共服务理论的基础上,阐述了旅游公共服务的概念和特点。并以游客需求为切入点,在福建省开展旅游公共服务的实证研究。通过调查问卷的方法,研究了游客对福建省旅游公共服务建设情况的满意程度,分析了福建省旅游公共服务建设中的不足,认为福建省在旅游公共服务建设上,还存在发展机制不健全、有效供给不足、供给不平衡、信息服务水平不高、监督管理不强等问题。并针对这些问题,提出要坚持四个原则,强化五大供给,加强三项保障,才能提升旅游公共服务的有效供给,为福建省进一步完善旅游公共服务提供了一个思路。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of tourism in China is playing a more and more important role in promoting national consumption and promoting economic transformation. The national leisure consciousness is strengthened day by day, the domestic tourism market is more mature, the traveling has become one of the important contents of the people's life. Popular, individualized and regular tourism trend is increasingly obvious. Tourists need more and more public tourism services, such as transportation environment, information consultation, security assurance, quality assurance and so on. Tourism public service has become an indispensable factor in the development of modern tourism, and is an important symbol to measure the maturity of a regional tourism industry. How to establish the tourism public service system and improve the quality of tourism service in an all-round way has become the focal point of transforming the functions of the tourism sector and promoting the development of the tourism industry. On the basis of studying the theory of tourism public service at home and abroad, this paper expounds the concept and characteristics of tourism public service. And take the tourist demand as the breakthrough point, carries on the tourism public service demonstration research in Fujian Province. By means of questionnaire, this paper studies the satisfaction of tourists with the construction of tourism public service in Fujian Province, analyzes the shortcomings in the construction of tourism public service in Fujian Province, and points out that Fujian Province is in the construction of tourism public service. There are also some problems, such as imperfect development mechanism, insufficient effective supply, unbalanced supply, low level of information service, weak supervision and management, etc. In order to improve the effective supply of tourism public service, we should adhere to the four principles, strengthen the five major supplies and strengthen the three guarantees, which provides a way of thinking for Fujian Province to further improve the tourism public service.
