闽清县休闲农业与乡村旅游发展研究

【摘要】：休闲农业是建立在农业生产、农业景观资源和农耕文化基础上的，将农业和旅游业相结合的新型农业产业形态。休闲农业的发展对我国农业产业结构的调整、加速农村剩余劳动力转移、促进就业、实现农民增收以及带动相关产业的发展具有重要的意义，是社会主义新农村建设强大的推动力量。闽清县依山傍水，区位条件优越，自然资源丰富，农业生产较为发达，且市场规模具备，具有发展休闲农业的先天性优势。近年来，休闲农业的市场需求不断增加，闽清县的休闲农业也在快速的发展。但在发展过程中仍存在着许多问题，值得我们深入发现与思考。本文在运用文献法和案例分析法的基础上，利用基础条件分析法分析了闽清县发展休闲农业所现有的条件、产业基础和发展模式，认为闽清县在休闲农业发展方面具有生态环境良好、经济发展迅速等优势；分析和借鉴了成都“五朵金花”的成功经验，认为其在发挥政府和企业的作用等方面对闽清县休闲农业发展具有借鉴意义。最后，提出了促进闽清县休闲农业发展的对策建议：一是政府引导，发挥行业管理作用，二是健全法律，完善法律保障体系，三是闽台合作，加强技术经验交流，四是突出特色，扩大地区品牌影响，五是设计体验，开发适宜优良产品，六是注重营销，制定有效宣传手段，七是培训农民，提高农民从业素质。
[Abstract]:Leisure agriculture is a new form of agricultural industry based on agricultural production, agricultural landscape resources and farming culture, which combines agriculture with tourism. The development of leisure agriculture is of great significance to the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure, accelerating the transfer of rural surplus labor force, promoting employment, increasing farmers' income and promoting the development of related industries. It is a powerful driving force for the construction of a new socialist countryside. Minqing County, with favorable location, abundant natural resources, developed agricultural production and market scale, has the congenital advantage of developing leisure agriculture. In recent years, the market demand of leisure agriculture is increasing, and the leisure agriculture of Minqing county is developing rapidly. However, there are still many problems in the process of development. Based on the method of literature and case analysis, this paper analyzes the existing conditions, industrial basis and development model of leisure agriculture in Minqing County by using basic condition analysis. It is concluded that Minqing County has the advantages of good ecological environment and rapid economic development in the development of leisure agriculture, and the successful experience of "five Golden Flowers" in Chengdu is analyzed and used for reference. It can be used for reference in the development of leisure agriculture in Minqing County. Finally, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of leisure agriculture in Minqing County: first, the government should guide the development of leisure agriculture, give play to the role of industry management, second, perfect the law and perfect the legal guarantee system; third, the cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan should be strengthened, and the exchange of technology and experience should be strengthened. The fourth is to highlight the characteristics, to expand the influence of regional brands, the fifth is to design experience, to develop suitable products, six is to pay attention to marketing, to formulate effective means of propaganda, and seven is to train farmers and improve their working quality.
