鄂西乡村旅游开发研究

【摘要】:我国已进入大众化旅游阶段,广大乡村正成为旅游新热点,乡村旅游发展进入快车道,并已具有较大产业规模。鄂西地区是老、少、边、穷、库聚集区,尽管国内乡村旅游增长速度快,市场潜力大,发展前景好,但鄂西地区的乡村旅游总体发展水平不高,基本上还处于初级阶段;一些地方对发展乡村旅游的重要性和必要性认识不足,重视程度不够,主导意识不强,缺乏开拓创新;在资源开发、规划发展、市场运作、服务水平等方面,鄂西乡村旅游还存在较明显的粗放发展的问题,迫切需要解决。 本论文采用理论研究与实证研究结合、定性研究与定量研究结合、文献研究与实际调查结合、纵向比较与横向比较相结合的研究方法,旨在借鉴国内外乡村旅游开发的理论与实践,结合鄂西乡村旅游资源特征与开发现状,分析鄂西乡村旅游开发的内在优势与劣势,明确其外在机遇与威胁,试图回答鄂西乡村旅游开发方向、原则、模式与策略,解决鄂西乡村旅游开发存在的具体问题,推动鄂西乡村旅游可持续发展。本文的研究成果对于欠发达地区乡村旅游开发实践具有较高的理论价值与现实指导作用。 本论文由5章构成: 第1章阐述了论文选题背景、研究内容、研究意义、研究方法和技术路线,并对前人的研究成果进行了回顾和评述。 第2章疏理了论文研究所涉及到的新农村建设理论、城乡一体化理论、体验经济理论和可持续发展理论,对乡村旅游的相关概念进行了理论辨析。提出了乡村旅游资源分类体系,将乡村旅游资源分为10主类、38亚类、206个基本类型。在实证研究的基础上,明确了鄂西乡村旅游资源有10主类、36亚类、194个基本类型。 第3章是论文的重点之一。在调查研究基础上,对鄂西乡村旅游开发的自然地理环境、社会经济环境、旅游产业环境和旅游资源现状进行了实证分析。在此基础上,通过SWOT分析,指出了鄂西乡村旅游具有生态环境良好、历史文化底蕴深厚、旅游资源品位高和农业资源丰富等4大产业发展优势;存在乡村旅游产品同质化、旅游活动项目单一化、乡村建设城市化、原住居民边缘化、乡村文化低俗化、乡村公地悲剧化、旅游开发无序化和经营管理粗放化等问题;面临着党和政府大力支持乡村旅游发展、城乡居民收入提高、国民消费方式转变、新农村基础设施改善、快速交通网络加速形成等难得的发展机遇;同时,也面临着大旅游发展背景中乡村旅游地位弱化、乡村旅游大开发浪潮中发展风险增加、世界经济复苏的不稳定性和不确定性持续上升、国内经济增长下行压力和物价上涨压力并存、区域竞争与同业竞争日趋激烈等风险。 第4章是论文的核心部分。 该部分在前述研究的基础上,提出鄂西乡村旅游开发应坚持“农民主体、农业基础;政府引导、市场运作;保护优先、绿色主导;突出特色、打造精品;市场导向、产业化发展”的5项基本原则。 根据鄂西乡村旅游发展所处的阶段与水平,从不同侧面提出了现阶段鄂西乡村旅游开发的驱动机制模式、经营组织模式、产品开发模式和地域开发模式。现阶段鄂西乡村旅游驱动机制模式宜采用政府引导、市场主体模式;经营组织模式宜采用社区主导模式;乡村旅游产品开发模式可基于不同乡村旅游地的文脉与地脉特征,分别选择田园观光旅游、乡村民俗风情旅游、农家乐旅游、乡村聚落旅游、乡村休闲度假旅游、科普教育旅游、回归自然旅游、乡村体验旅游和农事节庆旅游等9种开发模式;根据不同乡村旅游地的区位优势、资源禀赋、历史文化背景等条件,鄂西乡村旅游地域开发模式可分为都市郊区型、景区边缘型、依山傍水逐草型、民族民俗村寨型和传统特色农区型等5种模式。 为推动鄂西乡村旅游可持续发展,本文提出了“规划先行、科学发展;加强基础、优化环境;扩宽渠道、多元融资;完善制度、规范管理;培训提升、建设队伍;打造精品、铸造品牌”的基本策略。在铸造鄂西乡村旅游品牌上,提出重点打造旅游名镇品牌、旅游名村品牌、旅游景点品牌、旅游节庆品牌、旅游产品品牌和旅游商品品牌,构建鄂西乡村旅游品牌体系。在打造鄂西乡村旅游精品上,提出重点打造清江流域民俗风情旅游、汉江流域林果观光带旅游、荆门“中国农谷”农业休闲体验旅游、“一江两山”生态文化旅游和“四湖流域”水乡田园风光旅游等5大精品乡村旅游产品。 第5章是结论部分。总结了论文的主要结论和创新点,指出了论文研究的不足和今后研究的方向。 本文在下述几点上有所创新:一是对乡村旅游相关概念进行了重新界定;二是首次系统构建了乡村旅游资源分类体系;三是在SWOT分析基础上,提出了鄂西乡村旅游开发方向、开发原则、开发模式与开发策略。其研究成果对欠发达地区乡村旅游发展具有较高理论价值与现实指导作用。 本文的不足之处主要在于,对鄂西乡村旅游产品开发尚未进行系统研究,这也是笔者今后研究的重点方向。
[Abstract]:China has entered the stage of mass tourism, and the vast countryside is becoming a new tourism hot spot. The development of rural tourism has entered the fast lane and has a large industrial scale. West Hubei is an old, few, marginal, poor, storage area. Although the domestic rural tourism is growing fast, the market potential is great, and the prospect of development is good, the overall development of rural tourism in the west of Hubei Province The level is not high, basically still in the primary stage; some places have insufficient understanding of the importance and necessity of developing rural tourism, lack of attention, lack of dominant consciousness and lack of innovation. In the aspects of resource development, planning and development, market operation and service level, there are obvious problems of extensive development in rural tourism in Western Hubei Province. There is an urgent need to solve it.
This paper combines theoretical research and empirical research, combining qualitative research with quantitative research, combining literature research with actual investigation, combining vertical comparison with horizontal comparison, aiming at drawing lessons from the theory and practice of rural tourism development at home and abroad, combining the characteristics and development status of rural tourism resources in Western Hubei Province, and analyzing the rural areas in Western Hubei Province. The inherent advantages and disadvantages of tourism development, clear the opportunities and threats, try to answer the direction, principle, model and strategy of rural tourism development in Western Hubei Province, to solve the specific problems of rural tourism development in Western Hubei, and promote the sustainable development of rural tourism in Western Hubei Province. The research results of this paper have the practice of rural tourism development in the underdeveloped areas. Higher theoretical value and practical guidance.
This paper is composed of 5 chapters.
The first chapter describes the background, research content, research significance, research methods and technical line of the thesis, and reviews and comments on previous research results.
In the second chapter, the theory of new rural construction, the theory of urban-rural integration, the theory of experience economy and the theory of sustainable development are discussed, and the related concepts of rural tourism are analyzed and analyzed. The classification system of rural tourism resources is put forward, and the rural tourism resources are divided into 10 main categories, 38 subcategories and 206 basic types. Based on the above analysis, it is clear that there are 10 main categories, 36 sub categories and 194 basic types of rural tourism resources in Western Hubei.
The third chapter is one of the key points of the paper. On the basis of the investigation and research, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the natural geographical environment, social and economic environment, tourism industry environment and the present situation of tourism resources in Western Hubei rural tourism development. On this basis, through the SWOT analysis, it is pointed out that the rural tourism in Western Hubei has a good ecological environment, a profound historical and cultural background. The 4 major industrial development advantages such as high quality of tourism resources and rich agricultural resources, such as the homogeneity of the rural tourism products, the simplification of tourism activities, the urbanization of the rural construction, the marginalization of the residents, the vulgarization of the rural culture, the tragedy of the rural public land, the disordering of the tourism development and the extensive management of the management, and so on, are faced with the party and the government. To support the development of rural tourism, the income of urban and rural residents, the transformation of the national consumption pattern, the improvement of the new rural infrastructure, the rapid development of the rapid traffic network and other rare development opportunities, and the weakening of the status of the rural tourism in the background of the great tourism development, the increasing risk of the development of rural tourism and the recovery of the world economy. Instability and uncertainty continue to rise, the pressure of domestic economic growth downward pressure and price rise coexist, regional competition and the increasingly fierce competition in the same industry and other risks.
The fourth chapter is the core of the thesis.
On the basis of the previous research, this part proposes that the rural tourism development in Western Hubei should adhere to the 5 basic principles of "farmers, agricultural foundation, government guidance, market operation, protection of priority, green dominance, outstanding characteristics, high quality, market orientation, industrialization development".
According to the stage and level of rural tourism development in Western Hubei, the driving mechanism model, management organization model, product development mode and regional development mode are put forward from different sides. The current mode of rural tourism driving mechanism in West Hubei is suitable for the mode of government guidance, market main body and management organization mode. The mode of community leading should be adopted, and the mode of rural tourism product development can be based on the characteristics of the context and vein of different rural tourist sites, and the rural tourism, rural folk customs and customs, rural folk music tourism, rural settlement tourism, rural leisure and holiday tourism, popular science education tourism, return to natural tourism, rural experience tourism and agriculture Festival, can be selected respectively. 9 kinds of development modes, such as celebrating tourism, etc., are divided into 5 modes, such as the urban suburban type, the edge type of the scenic area, the grassland by the mountain and the grass type, the ethnic folklore village type and the traditional characteristic agricultural region, according to the geographical advantage, the resource endowment and the historical and cultural background of the different rural tourist places.
In order to promote the sustainable development of rural tourism in Western Hubei, this paper puts forward the basic strategy of "planning first, scientific development, strengthening the foundation, optimizing the environment, broadening the channels, multi financing, perfecting the system, standardizing management, training and upgrading, building a team, building a fine quality and casting brand", and putting forward the emphasis on the rural tourism brand in the west of Hubei. The famous tourist town brand, tourist famous village brand, tourist attractions brand, tourist festival brand, tourism product brand and tourist commodity brand, build the rural tourism brand system in West Hubei Province. In building the exquisite rural tourism in Western Hubei, the key to create the folk customs tourism in Qingjiang basin, the sightseeing belt Tourism of the Hanjiang River Basin, the Jingmen "Chinese agricultural Valley" "Agricultural leisure experience tourism", "one river and two mountains" ecological culture tourism and "Four Lakes basin" Water Village pastoral scenery tourism and other 5 boutique rural tourism products.
The fifth chapter is the conclusion. It summarizes the main conclusions and innovations of the paper, and points out the shortcomings of the research and the direction of future research.
This article has some innovations on the following points: first, the concept of rural tourism is redefined; two is the first systematic construction of rural tourism resources classification system; three, on the basis of SWOT analysis, the development direction, development principle, development model and development strategy of rural tourism in Western Hubei Province are put forward. The development of rural tourism has higher theoretical value and practical guiding role.
The main shortcoming of this article is that the development of rural tourism products in Western Hubei has not been systematically studied, which is also the key direction of the author's future research.
