旅行社开发昆曼公路跨境自驾旅游的障碍研究

【摘要】:随着我国在云南省桥头堡战略和国际大通道建设的推进,云南省跨境自驾旅游已经从战略构想层面向实际可操作层面推进。尤其是昆曼国际大通道的建成为发展中国、老挝、泰国跨境自驾旅游创造了良好的交通环境。但作为跨国自驾旅游产品,昆曼跨境自驾旅游在实际操作层面还存在着障碍。 本研究采用深度访谈、体验调查和网络调查的方法展开调查,分别从旅游者、组织者、途经国、管理者四个层面探寻昆曼公路跨境自驾旅游存在的障碍。基于调查结果,深入分析了昆曼跨境自驾旅游四个层面的障碍,并针对障碍提出了解决对策: 1、自驾旅游者层面的障碍及解决对策 缺乏交通安全保障和人身财产安全保障、出入境手续办理的繁琐性及高昂的时间成本和费用成本是自驾旅游者层面的主要障碍。针对跨境自驾旅游者层面障碍,建议旅行社规范服务标准,保障跨境自驾旅游者的安全;完善服务体系,保障跨境自驾旅游者享受便捷、高效的自驾旅游。 2、途经三国的障碍及解决对策 老挝段差的路况及相关配套设施的缺乏给自驾旅游带来诸多可进入性的障碍。泰国实行右驾左行驶,与中国、老挝驾驶方式的差异性增加了跨境自驾旅游者的驾驶难度、增大了自驾的风险。针对跨境自驾途经国层面障碍,建议旅行社重视实地考察,合理编排行程,推出价格合理、能够满足市场需求、具有可行性的昆曼跨境自驾旅游产品。 3、组织者层面的障碍及解决对策 本研究主要从旅行社的层面分析高昂的经营成本和极高的经营风险是组织昆曼跨境自驾旅游的最大障碍。针对旅行社层面障碍,建议旅行社走企业合作的对策。 4、管理者层面的障碍及保障措施 相关法律法规及支持政策的缺乏是管理者层面最大的障碍。针对管理者层面障碍,需要我国政府完善相关法律法规、出台相应的保障救援机制,也需要途经三国政府相互协商,为昆曼跨境自驾旅游的发展提供相应的政策支持。 昆曼公路跨境自驾旅游障碍的研究,不仅有利于推动昆曼跨境自驾旅游的发展。而且为旅行社开发昆曼公路跨境自驾旅游产品提供理论和实施依据,有利于旅行社结合自身优势开发差异化产品,在激烈的市场竞争环境下另辟蹊径。本研究成果将丰富中国自驾旅游产品的研究范围
[Abstract]:With the development of China's bridgehead strategy and the construction of international large channels in Yunnan Province, cross-border self-driving tourism in Yunnan Province has been promoted from the strategic conception level to the practical operational level. In particular, the establishment of the Kunman International Passage has created a good traffic environment for the development of cross-border self-driving tourism in China, Laos and Thailand. However, as a cross-border self-driving tourism product, Kunman cross-border self-driving tourism still has obstacles in practice. This study uses the methods of in-depth interview, experiential investigation and online survey to investigate the obstacles of cross-border self-driving tourism of Quinman Highway from four aspects: tourists, organizers, transit countries and managers. Based on the results of the investigation, this paper analyzes the obstacles of Kunman's cross-border self-driving tourism in four aspects, and puts forward some countermeasures to solve the obstacles. 1. Obstacles of self-driving tourists and their countermeasures The lack of traffic security and personal and property security, the red tape of entry and exit formalities and the high cost of time and expense are the main obstacles for self-driving tourists. In view of the obstacles of cross-border self-driving tourists, it is suggested that travel agencies should standardize service standards to ensure the safety of cross-border self-driving tourists, perfect the service system and ensure that cross-border self-driving tourists enjoy convenient and efficient self-driving tourism. 2. Obstacles and Countermeasures to pass through the three countries Poor road conditions and lack of related facilities in Laos bring many obstacles to self-driving travel. The difference between Thailand and China and Laos makes it more difficult for cross-border self-driving tourists to drive and increases the risk of self-driving. In view of the obstacles of cross-border self-driving, it is suggested that travel agencies should pay attention to the field inspection, arrange the itinerary reasonably and introduce the Kunman cross-boundary self-driving tourism products with reasonable price, which can meet the market demand and be feasible. 3. Obstacles at organizer level and Countermeasures This study mainly analyzes that the high operating cost and the extremely high operating risk are the biggest obstacle to organizing Kunman cross-border self-driving tour from the aspect of travel agency. In view of the travel agency level obstacle, the suggestion travel agency walks the enterprise cooperation countermeasure. 4. Obstacles and safeguards at the managerial level The lack of relevant laws, regulations and support policies is the biggest obstacle at the management level. In view of the obstacle of management level, it is necessary for our government to perfect the relevant laws and regulations, to introduce the corresponding safeguard and rescue mechanism, and to provide the corresponding policy support for the development of Kunman's cross-border self-driving tourism through mutual consultation among the governments of the three countries. The study on the obstacles of cross-border self-driving tourism on Kunman highway is not only helpful to promote the development of cross-border self-driving tourism. Moreover, it provides theoretical and practical basis for travel agencies to develop cross-border self-driving tourism products of Kunman Highway, which is helpful for travel agencies to develop differentiated products in combination with their own advantages, and to find a new way in the fierce market competition environment. The results of this study will enrich the research scope of self-driving tourism products in China.
