民族地区文化旅游业发展研究

【摘要】:民族地区文化旅游业是以少数民族文化的内在价值为依据,加以开发的旅游行业,是以少数民族文化为特色的旅游服务行业。 近年来,我国民族地区文化旅游业快速发展。在一些民族地区,文化旅游业因关联度高、涉及面广,已经成为当地经济的支柱,对改善这些地区的产业结构、促进其经济发展产生了积极影响,从而促进了当地社会的进步。同时民族地区文化旅游业的发展也促进了文化的交流和传播,带动了民族传统文化的传承与保护。发展民族地区文化旅游业也是推动我国少数民族地区经济发展的重要途径和实现民族地区可持续发展的重要保障。 目前,我国民族地区文化旅游业的发展在促进地区经济发展的同时也产生了诸多亟待解决的问题。比如:文化旅游业的无序发展造成了部分民族地区生态环境的严重恶化;一些品位很高,由于规划、管理不到位,部分具有高品位文化旅游资源开发潜质的民族地区,其旅游产品的开发和旅游业的发展远不能满足游客的需要;一些旅游活动的开展对当地的民族文化造成了消极影响等。这些问题能否妥善解决直接关系到民族地区文化旅游业能否获得进一步发展,也在一定程度上影响着民族地区的和谐稳定。 通过认真分析上述问题,笔者发现了隐藏其后的一对矛盾,即少数民族文化旅游产品的生产者(简称“生产者”)和各民族文化旅游产品的游客(简称“游客”)之间的矛盾。换句话说,正是“生产者”与“游客”之间的矛盾运动导致了上述诸多问题。 拙作以我国民族地区文化旅游业的发展现状为背景,紧紧围绕“生产者”与“游客”之间的矛盾这一民族地区文化旅游业发展的主要矛盾展开对我国民族地区文化旅游业发展的分析与论述。拙作运用旅游人类学、经济学等多个学科的理论和研究方法,以我国民族地区文化旅游业的发展现状为依托,从对我国民族地区文化旅游业发展重要意义的分析入手,对我国民族地区文化旅游业发展的重要性和必要性进行深入分析思考,进而指出目前我国民族地区文化旅游业发展面临的问题,并对我国民族地区文化旅游业的发展提出了有针对性的建议。这既具有理论意义,又具有实践意义。 拙作先从文化旅游业对少数民族经济、少数民族地区经济、少数民族文化的发展益处三个角度对民族地区文化旅游业发展的问题展开论述,总结出了民族地区文化旅游业发展的重要意义。而后对民族地区文化旅游业的资源、项目、线路等情况进行了阐述,这些是民族地区文化旅游业发展的重要依托。通过采集民族地区文化旅游业的相关数据,经过对比和分析,概括出了民族地区文化旅游业发展的现状。在探讨了我国民族地区文化旅游业的发展现状之后,着重分析了目前民族地区文化旅游业发展存在的问题,概括出了制约民族地区文化旅游业发展的主要矛盾,并对其表现及产生原因进行了分析。最后,结合现实情况,在借鉴国内外文化旅游业发展经验的基础上,从“生产者”和“游客”两个方面,对解决民族地区文化旅游业发展中遇到的问题,做了综合分析论述。有针对性地提出了“生产者”服从“游客”需要而生产、“生产者”塑造吸引“游客”的品牌、“生产者”提高“游客”接待能力、“生产者”整合旅游资源区域联合经营、政府协同规范管理五个方面的具体措施,以期对解决民族地区文化旅游业发展中存在的问题和促进民族地区文化旅游业进一步发展有所助益。
[Abstract]:Cultural tourism in ethnic minority areas is a tourism industry based on the intrinsic value of minority culture, and is a tourism service industry characterized by ethnic minority culture.
In recent years, cultural tourism in ethnic areas of our country has developed rapidly. In some ethnic areas, cultural tourism has become the pillar of the local economy because of its high relevance and wide range. It has had a positive impact on improving the industrial structure of these areas and promoting its economic development. It has promoted the progress of the local society and the culture of ethnic regions. The development of tourism has also promoted the exchange and dissemination of culture, and promoted the heritage and protection of national traditional culture. The development of cultural tourism in ethnic areas is also an important way to promote the economic development of ethnic minority areas and the important guarantee for the sustainable development of ethnic regions.
At present, the development of cultural tourism in ethnic areas in China has produced many problems to be solved while promoting regional economic development. For example, the unordered development of cultural tourism has caused serious deterioration of the ecological environment in some ethnic areas. Some of them have high grade, due to the regulation, the management is not in place, and some of them have high grade cultural brigades. The development of tourism products and the development of tourism can not meet the needs of tourists, the development of tourism products and the development of tourism industry can not meet the needs of tourists, and the development of some tourism activities has caused negative influence on the local national culture. To a certain extent, it affects the harmony and stability of ethnic areas.
Through the serious analysis of the above problems, the author finds the contradiction that is hidden behind, that is, the contradiction between the producers of minority cultural tourism products ("producers") and the tourists of various ethnic cultural tourism products ("tourists"). In other words, it is the contradiction between "producer" and "tourist". Talk about a lot of problems.
With the background of the development of cultural tourism in the ethnic areas of China, the paper focuses on the contradiction between the "producer" and "tourist", which is the main contradiction of the development of cultural tourism in the ethnic region. The theory and research methods are based on the development status of cultural tourism in China's ethnic areas. From the analysis of the important significance of the development of cultural tourism in ethnic areas in China, the importance and necessity of the development of cultural tourism in the ethnic areas of our country are deeply analyzed and considered, and then the cultural tourism in China's ethnic regions is pointed out. The problems faced by the development of the industry and the suggestions for the development of cultural tourism in the ethnic areas of our country are put forward. It is of both theoretical and practical significance.
This paper first discusses the problems of the development of cultural tourism in ethnic areas from the three perspectives of the cultural tourism industry, the economic of minority nationalities, the economic of minority areas and the development of minority culture, and summarizes the significance of the development of cultural tourism in ethnic areas. This is an important basis for the development of cultural tourism in ethnic areas. Through the collection of relevant data of cultural tourism in ethnic areas, through comparison and analysis, the present situation of the development of cultural tourism in ethnic areas is summarized. After discussing the present situation of the development of the cultural tourism industry in the ethnic areas of our country, the emphasis is put on the analysis. At present, the problems existing in the development of cultural tourism in ethnic areas have summarized the main contradictions which restrict the development of cultural tourism in ethnic areas, and analyzed their performance and causes. Finally, on the basis of the practical situation, the two aspects of "producers" and "tourists" are made on the basis of reference to the development experience of cultural tourism at home and abroad. In order to solve the problems encountered in the development of cultural tourism in ethnic areas, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the problems encountered in the development of cultural and tourism industry in ethnic areas. It is pointed out that "producers" are subject to the needs of "tourists", and "producers" create a brand to attract "tourists", "producers" improve the reception capacity of "tourists", and "producers" integrate the Regional Union of tourism resources. In order to help solve the problems existing in the development of cultural tourism in ethnic areas and promote the further development of cultural tourism in ethnic areas, the management and government regulate the specific measures of five aspects.
