乡村旅游与新农村建设的关联互动与一体化发展研究

【摘要】：乡村旅游和新农村建设是我国现阶段的两大热门话题。旅游产业强烈的关联效应和新农村建设任务的多样性使二者的衔接成为了可能。通过旅游产业带动新农村建设,亦或从新农村建设的角度看待旅游业发展,无论是对乡村旅游还是对新农村建设来讲都是一个全新的研究视角,既有助于乡村旅游的持续发展,又有助于新农村建设方案的优选。本研究从系统论的角度出发,构建了较为完善的乡村旅游发展三级系统与新农村建设三级系统,试图透过其子系统的关联探明乡村旅游与新农村建设的内在联系、相互作用及互动机制。在此基础上,以社会主义新农村建设示范点——湖北省钟祥市彭墩村为例,阐述了乡村旅游与新农村建设一体化发展的途径和策略,以求为我国乡村旅游、新农村建设和城乡统筹发展提供有益的借鉴。本研究主要包括以下六个部分：第一部分：主要阐述本课题的研究背景、研究意义、相关概念、研究现状和研究思路。第二部分：乡村旅游发展与新农村建设互动研究的理论支撑。阐述系统理论、可持续发展理论、城乡一体化理论等的基本内容及其在本研究中的应用概要,为乡村旅游与新农村建设的互动研究奠定理论基础。第三部分：乡村旅游发展系统与新农村建设系统分析。构建乡村旅游发展系统和新农村建设系统,并分别根据旅游地理学及文化地理学的观点,下分若干子系统。第四部分：乡村旅游与新农村建设的系统关联和互动机制。从旅游发展的角度看待新农村建设,阐述乡村旅游发展各子系统对新农村建设的影响；从城乡互动、建设新农村的角度看待旅游业发展,阐述新农村建设各子系统对乡村旅游的影响。然后进一步通过时间维度和空间维度分析二者关联发展的动力机制。第五部分：乡村旅游与新农村建设一体化发展的措施。在理清乡村旅游与新农村建设关联互动的基础上,以湖北省钟祥市彭墩村为例,重点探讨二者的协调发展问题。第六部分：总结本课题的研究成果和尚存问题,并对相关领域的研究前景进行展望。
[Abstract]:Rural tourism and new rural construction are two hot topics at present in China. The strong correlation effect of tourism industry and the diversity of new rural construction tasks make the convergence of the two possible. Promoting the construction of new countryside through tourism industry, or looking at the development of tourism from the perspective of new rural construction, is a new research perspective for both rural tourism and new rural construction, which is conducive to the sustainable development of rural tourism. It is also helpful to the selection of new rural construction plan. From the point of view of system theory, this study constructs a more perfect three-level system of rural tourism development and a three-level system of new rural construction, and tries to find out the internal relationship between rural tourism and new rural construction through the connection of its sub-system. Interaction and interaction mechanism. On this basis, taking Pengdun Village, Zhongxiang City, Hubei Province as an example, this paper expounds the ways and strategies for the integrated development of rural tourism and new rural construction, in order to make it possible for rural tourism in China. New rural construction and urban and rural development as a whole to provide useful reference. This research mainly includes the following six parts: The first part mainly describes the research background, research significance, related concepts, research status and research ideas. The second part: the theoretical support of the interaction between the development of rural tourism and the construction of new countryside. This paper expounds the basic contents of system theory, sustainable development theory, urban-rural integration theory and their application in this study, which lays a theoretical foundation for the study of interaction between rural tourism and new rural construction. The third part: rural tourism development system and new rural construction system analysis. The rural tourism development system and the new rural construction system are constructed, and according to the views of tourism geography and cultural geography, the following sub-systems are divided. The fourth part: the system connection and interaction mechanism between rural tourism and new rural construction. From the perspective of tourism development, this paper discusses the impact of various subsystems of rural tourism development on the construction of new rural areas, and looks at the development of tourism from the perspective of urban-rural interaction and the construction of new rural areas. This paper expounds the influence of each subsystem of new rural construction on rural tourism. Then through the time dimension and space dimension to analyze the dynamic mechanism of the two related development. The fifth part: the measures of integrated development of rural tourism and new rural construction. On the basis of clarifying the interaction between rural tourism and new rural construction, taking Pengdun Village of Zhongxiang City in Hubei Province as an example, the coordinated development of the two is discussed. The sixth part: summarizes the research results and the remaining problems, and prospects for research in related fields.
