东北亚区域旅游合作问题研究

【摘要】：随着当今世界经济的发展，区域经济一体化、区域经济合作的趋势明显增强。同时，旅游已经成为人们生活休闲娱乐很重要的一部分，经济生活水平提高的同时，旅游业也顺势发展起来，成为了近些年来各个国家发展较快的一个行业。各个国家在各自发展旅游业的同时，也应该看到，，单一的国家内部的旅游或是国家间相互的旅游合作，确实可以促进各国经济的增长，但是这样的增长仅仅是经济总量上的增长，并不能从整体上促进经济的发展和旅游业的繁荣，现有的旅游业也不能得以更好的发展，因此，需要国家间或是地区间为发展各国或地区的经济，在区域内开展全面的旅游合作，在合作中寻求共同的发展契机和发展方向，为旅游合作的发展共同努力，也为经济的发展共同努力。区域旅游的合作是世界旅游业发展的必然趋势，它顺应了世界旅游业发展的客观要求。为了顺应东北亚区域经济的发展，区域的旅游经济也要加快发展的速度。由于东北亚内各个国家的位置很相近，各个方面的联系也很紧密，并且各个地区的旅游资源都很丰富，而且东北亚地区的政府层面一直把旅游产业作为重要的发展项目，这些都为东北亚区域旅游合作提供了有效的支持和帮助，也提供了很广阔的发展空间。文章主要是从区域旅游合作的国内外研究现状入手，借鉴了相关的区域经济理论知识，阐述了区域旅游合作对经济、政治、文化、环境、维护世界和平等方面的影响。根据东北亚各国经济的基本发展状况，再综合国际上旅游业的发展状况和东北亚旅游市场所处的位置和所具备的条件，并从东北亚区域旅游合作的机制和现状着手，再与理论相结合，分析了东北亚区域旅游合作的可能性，及合作中已经遇到和可能遇到的阻碍及影响因素，且从社会发展的各个方面论述了东北亚区域旅游合作将会给世界各地的居民带来哪些益处。最后，对东北亚区域能更好的开展旅游合作，促进东北亚地区经济，乃至整个世界经济的发展，建设性的提出了东北亚各国区域旅游合作的对策，并对今后旅游合作的发展提出了展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of the world economy and the integration of regional economy, the trend of regional economic cooperation is obviously strengthened. At the same time, tourism has become a very important part of people's life, leisure and entertainment. At the same time, with the improvement of economic living standards, tourism has also developed smoothly, which has become a rapid industry in various countries in recent years. As each country develops its own tourism industry, it should also be recognized that tourism within a single country or tourism cooperation among countries can indeed promote economic growth in various countries. However, such an increase is only an increase in the overall economic volume and cannot promote the overall development of the economy and the prosperity of the tourism industry, and the existing tourism industry will not be able to develop better. Therefore, In order to develop the economy of each country or region, to carry out comprehensive tourism cooperation in the region, and to seek common development opportunities and directions in cooperation, and to make joint efforts for the development of tourism cooperation, Also for the development of the economy to work together. Regional tourism cooperation is the inevitable trend of the development of world tourism, which conforms to the objective requirements of the development of world tourism. In order to adapt to the development of Northeast Asia's regional economy, the regional tourism economy should speed up its development. As the position of each country in Northeast Asia is very close and the links between various aspects are also very close, and the tourism resources in each region are very rich, the government level in Northeast Asia has always regarded the tourism industry as an important development project. These all provide effective support and help for Northeast Asia regional tourism cooperation, and also provide very broad development space. This article mainly starts with the domestic and foreign research status of regional tourism cooperation, and draws lessons from the relevant regional economic theory knowledge, and expounds the impact of regional tourism cooperation on economy, politics, culture, environment, and maintaining world peace. According to the basic economic development situation of Northeast Asian countries, and then synthesizing the international tourism development situation and the position and conditions of Northeast Asian tourism market, and starting with the mechanism and present situation of Northeast Asia regional tourism cooperation, Combining with the theory, the paper analyzes the possibility of tourism cooperation in Northeast Asia, and the obstacles and influencing factors that have been encountered and may be encountered in the cooperation. It also discusses the benefits of Northeast Asia regional tourism cooperation to the residents around the world from various aspects of social development. Finally, to the Northeast Asia region can carry out the tourism cooperation better, promotes the Northeast Asia region economy, and even the entire world economy development, has proposed the Northeast Asian countries regional tourism cooperation countermeasure constructively, The future development of tourism cooperation is put forward.
