巩义市康百万庄园景区人力资源开发问题研究

【摘要】:当今社会各个范围内的竞争,是效率的竞争,是综合实力的竞争,归根到底还是人力资源的竞争,旅游行业也不例外。进入新千年以来,河南省巩义市的旅游业蓬勃发展,特别是作为巩义市旅游业龙头的康百万庄园景区的发展,已经逐步成为巩义经济发展新的增长点之一。目前该景区在硬件方面不断提升,但软件方面进展缓慢,尤其是人力资源开发的水平亟待提高。而人力资源的质量在一定程度上决定着康百万庄园景区的发展方向。该如何开发巩义市康百万庄园景区的人力资源?使康百万庄园景区的发展再上一台阶就显得迫在眉睫。 本文就是在这样的背景下,对康百万庄园景区的人力资源开发进行尝试性研究。通过对康百万庄园景区人力资源开发现状全面深入的了解和分析,希望为康百万庄园景区人力资源开发提供针对性的合理优化建议和操作性对策。 本文主要分为四部分,第一章为序言。阐述论文的选题背景、研究意义、理论工具、研究方法,明确本文研究对象。第二章为巩义市康百万庄园景区人力资源现状分析。大量引用目前康百万庄园景区人力资源的统计数据,从学历结构、年龄结构、职称结构、薪酬水平等多个角度分析其人力资源开发现状。第三章为康百万庄园景区人力资源开发中存在的问题及原因分析。总结康百万庄园人力资源开发方面存在的问题,并从多个角度分析形成原因。第四章为巩义市康百万庄园景区人力资源开发应采取的策略。针对前面分析出的问题,从有助景区创A工作、加强现有人力资源培训管理、引进高端人才等方面提出康百万景区人力资源开发对策。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the competition in every range of society is the competition of efficiency and the competition of comprehensive strength. In the final analysis, it is the competition of human resources, and the tourism industry is no exception. Since the beginning of the new millennium, the tourism industry in Gongyi City of Henan Province has been booming, especially the development of Kangmillion Manor Scenic spot, which is the leading tourist industry in Gongyi City, and has gradually become one of the new growth points of economic development in Gongyi City. At present, the area is improving in the aspect of hardware, but the progress of software is slow, especially the level of human resource development needs to be improved. To a certain extent, the quality of human resources determines the development direction of Kang million Manor Scenic spot. How to develop the human resources of Kang million Manor Scenic spot in Gongyi City? Make the development of Kang million Manor Scenic spot a step further appear to be imminent. Under this background, this paper tries to study the development of human resources in Kang million Manor Scenic spot. Through the comprehensive and in-depth understanding and analysis of the present situation of human resources development in Kangmillion Manor Scenic area, the author hopes to provide reasonable and reasonable optimization suggestions and operational countermeasures for the development of Human Resources in Kangmillion Manor Scenic spot. This article is divided into four parts, the first chapter is the preface. The background, research significance, theoretical tools, research methods and research object of this paper are expounded. The second chapter is the analysis of the present situation of human resources in Kangmillion Manor Resort of Gongyi City. Based on the statistical data of human resources in Kang million Manor Scenic area, the present situation of human resource development is analyzed from the angles of educational background structure, age structure, professional title structure, salary level and so on. The third chapter is the analysis of the problems and reasons in the development of human resources in Kang million Manor Scenic spot. This paper summarizes the problems existing in the development of human resources of Kang million Manor and analyzes the reasons from many angles. The fourth chapter is the strategy that should be adopted in the development of human resources in Kangmillion Manor Resort of Gongyi City. In view of the problems analyzed above, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of human resources development in Kang million scenic spots from the aspects of helping to create A work in scenic spots, strengthening the training management of existing human resources, introducing high-end talents, and so on.
