民族旅游的基本伦理问题

【摘要】：民族旅游的基本伦理问题是利益与道德的关系问题。在民族旅游中,政府、企业和社区等利益相关者组成了一个伦理共同体,这个共同体以民族社区为基础,作为处于相对弱势地位的民族社区的利益诉求应被给予优先和更多的重视,这一伦理要求对企业和政府来说是同时适用的。企业的社会责任感使利益成为一种道德,也使道德成为一种利益。政府在民族旅游的各利益相关者中拥有绝对强势地位,政府作为公共权力的掌控者和公共利益的代表者,合理运用手中权力以实现公众的公共利益才是符合制度要求的正义之举和践行契约精神的诚信表现。
[Abstract]:The basic ethical problem of national tourism is the relationship between interest and morality. In national tourism, the stakeholders, such as government, enterprise and community, constitute an ethical community. This community, based on ethnic communities, should be given priority and more attention as the interests of ethnic communities in a relatively weak position. An ethical requirement applies to both the enterprise and the government at the same time. The sense of social responsibility of the enterprise makes the benefit a moral and makes the morality a benefit. The government has an absolute strong position among the various stakeholders of the national tourism. The government, as the master of the public power and the representative of the public interest, makes reasonable use of the power of the hands. In order to realize the public interest, it is the just act that accords with the system requirements and the honest performance of practicing the spirit of contract.
