大连市入境旅游市场分析及对策研究

【摘要】:入境旅游是指中国大陆之外的游客,来中国境内进行旅游、会议、商务谈判、看病等的活动,是我国旅游业的发展重点。大连作为我国沿海城市,旅游业一方面因地制宜,成为了大连特色产业,另一方面其更是扩大城市知名度,增加外汇收入,促进对外交流的重要载体,是大连城市发展的关键。而如何发展好入境旅游则成为了大连旅游业的重中之重。与此同时新发展环境的变化更是给大连入境旅游的发展提出了更为规范化的要求。大连是东北三省唯一拥有极其丰富的滨海旅游资源的城市,但其滨海入境旅游发展还属于成长期。基于历史和现实经济的原因日本成为大连最大的入境旅游市场,大连市对日本旅游市场依存度相比其他滨城市明显偏重。日本旅连游客连续攀升,最近5年每年达到近60万人次之多,是整个大连市接待海外旅游者总量的近50%左右,即使是2011年日本国国民在受到海啸地震核电站事件的影响,到大连市日本游客仍在处在50万人次以上,占接待海外旅游者总量117万人次的近50%以上。鉴于2012年国际、国内政治经济发展形势,日本对“钓鱼岛的购岛事件”大连各家涉外旅行社按照市委市政府的工作部署,积极应对,国际、国内突发政治事件,果断采取有效得力措施与对策,以“替代”减少“依赖”,全面开启新的客源市场组织架构,加强对韩国、俄罗美洲市场营销,用“替补法”破解日本客源市场急剧下降对大连旅游业的影响,一方面也在日本国进行多层次、多方位全力营销,超额完成全年入境游客指标。即使在占据大连入境业务“半壁江山”的日本市场遭遇极速“降温”,造成全市入境市场陷入冰冻期期间。旅游全行业对此迅速应对,强力营销,并实现了“破冰”——2012年,大连入境市场逆势上扬。海外客源获取10%的增长。接待海外游客128.8万人次,同比增长10.09%,外汇收入88639.5万美元,,同比增长10.09%。同时,国内游客突破4810万人次,同比增长13%。因此,针对大连入境旅游的现状,笔者展开了分析与研究,旨在提出符合大连入境旅游业发展实际的应对对策,以提高大连打造蓝色旅游经济圈,建设世界滨海旅游名城的核心竞争力,在国际国内政治形势不利中取胜。 本文在搜集大量资料的基础上,对大连入境旅游市场的地域结构、空间变化分析、入境旅游游客动机及入境旅游游客的消费构成进行分析总结。并且在深入分析新法规贯彻环境下,通过对相关资料文献及研究现状的分析考察,给出了振兴大连旅游业的具体思路,研究了解决问题的办法,创建了一种新的营利模型。以新的视角和思路出发,对大连市在该领域内的发展提出了科学化的发展策略,为其实现长远性战略性发展打下了坚实基础。因此,本论文对大连入境旅游影响因素进行的系统性研究具有学术上面的价值和被实际借鉴的应用价值。
[Abstract]:Inbound tourism refers to tourists from outside the mainland of China. It is the focus of tourism development in China, such as traveling, meeting, business negotiation, medical treatment and so on. As a coastal city of our country, the tourism industry has become the characteristic industry of Dalian on the one hand, and on the other hand, it is an important carrier of expanding the city's popularity, increasing foreign exchange income and promoting foreign exchange, which is the key to the development of Dalian city. However, how to develop the inbound tourism has become the most important part of Dalian tourism. At the same time, the change of the new development environment puts forward a more standardized request for the development of Dalian's inbound tourism. Dalian is the only city with abundant coastal tourism resources in the three northeastern provinces, but its coastal inbound tourism development still belongs to the growing period. Because of the historical and realistic economic reasons, Japan has become the largest inbound tourism market in Dalian, and Dalian is more dependent on Japanese tourism market than other coastal cities. The number of Japanese tourists has been rising, reaching nearly 600000 a year in the past five years, which is about 50 percent of the total number of overseas tourists received by the whole city of Dalian, even though Japanese nationals were affected by the nuclear power plant incident caused by the tsunami earthquake in 2011. Japanese tourists to Dalian are still more than 500000, accounting for nearly 50% of the total 1.17 million overseas tourists. In view of the international and domestic political and economic development situation in 2012, Japan actively responded to "the Diaoyu Island purchase incident" by various foreign travel agencies in Dalian in accordance with the work arrangements of the municipal party committee and the municipal government, as well as international and domestic political emergencies. Resolutely take effective measures and countermeasures to "replace" reduce "dependence", comprehensively open a new customer market organizational structure, strengthen the South Korea, Russia and the Americas market marketing, Using the "substitute method" to solve the impact of the sharp decline of the Japanese tourist market on Dalian tourism, on the one hand, to carry out multi-level, multi-directional and all-out marketing in Japan, and to exceed the target of inbound tourists for the whole year. Even in the Japanese market, which accounts for half of Dalian's entry business, it has suffered a rapid "cooling", leaving the city's entry market frozen. Tourism industry quickly responded to this, strong marketing, and achieved "ice-breaking"-in 2012, Dalian's entry market uptrend. Overseas visitors received 10% growth. It received 1.288 million overseas tourists, an increase of 10.09, and foreign exchange earnings of $886.395 million, an increase of 10.09 over the same period last year. At the same time, domestic tourists exceeded 48.1 million people, an increase of 13%. Therefore, in view of the current situation of Dalian inbound tourism, the author has carried out an analysis and research aimed at putting forward countermeasures in line with the actual development of Dalian inbound tourism, in order to improve Dalian to build a blue tourism economic circle. Build the core competitiveness of the world coastal tourism city, win in the international and domestic political situation unfavorable. On the basis of collecting a great deal of data, this paper analyzes the regional structure, spatial change, motivation of inbound tourists and the consumption composition of inbound tourists in Dalian. Under the environment of deeply analyzing the implementation of new laws and regulations, through the analysis of relevant documents and research status, this paper puts forward the concrete ideas of revitalizing the tourism industry in Dalian, studies the methods to solve the problems, and establishes a new profit model. From a new perspective and train of thought, this paper puts forward a scientific development strategy for the development of Dalian in this field, which lays a solid foundation for its long-term strategic development. Therefore, the systematic research on the influencing factors of Dalian inbound tourism has academic value and practical application value.
