北部湾城市群金融产业集聚实证分析

【摘要】：金融产业的发展对经济发展有很大的促进作用。区域内健康完善的金融体系通过促进资本快速流动和激励创新的机制推动区域经济持续稳定发展,同时,区域经济平稳快速发展反过来又可以促进金融产业更快发展。全球金融产业蓬勃发展的今天,金融集聚的问题越来越受到学者们的关注。虽然对于制造业的产业集聚问题的研究成果己相对成熟,但是对于金融产业集聚的研究还相对缺乏。近年来,金融产业在北部湾城市群的建设中起到了越来越重要的作用,金融产业成为城市群产业先行的趋势也越来越明显。我国倡导区域经济的共同繁荣,提倡以城市群、经济区的方式促进经济发展。2008年,北部湾经济区的规划通过国务院批准,将北部湾的发展上升为国家战略以后,北部湾经济区的发展十分迅速。但是北部湾城市群正处于起步阶段,金融产业的发展程度也不高,金融竞争力仍然相对较弱,对经济的促进作用还有待提高。所以,如何提升北部湾城市群金融竞争力和辐射效应水平,对北部湾城市群的崛起有至关重要的作用。本文遵循“理论——建立评价体系——实证分析——对策”的逻辑顺序和总体框架开展。首先在对金融集聚的相关理论进行研究的基础上,引入山东半岛城市群、珠三角城市群进行横向对比,通过赫芬达尔—赫希曼指数、区位熵对集聚程度进行判断,再遵循相应的原则构建了金融竞争力评价指标体系,通过SPSS软件进行因子分析,评价了三个城市群的金融竞争力,通过金融竞争力的得分,运用威尔逊模型计算出具有辐射作用城市的金融辐射半径。最后对实证结果对比分析,针对性的提出提高北部湾金融竞争力、辐射效应的政策建议,增强北部湾的金融实力,实现北部湾城市群的金融繁荣发展。
[Abstract]:The development of financial industry has the very big promotion function to the economic development. The healthy and perfect financial system in the region can promote the sustained and stable development of the regional economy through the mechanism of promoting the rapid flow of capital and encouraging innovation. At the same time, the steady and rapid development of the regional economy can in turn promote the faster development of the financial industry. With the rapid development of global financial industry, the problem of financial agglomeration has been paid more and more attention by scholars. Although the research results of industrial agglomeration in manufacturing industry have been relatively mature, the research on financial industry agglomeration is relatively lacking. In recent years, financial industry has played a more and more important role in the construction of Beibu Gulf urban agglomeration. China advocates the common prosperity of regional economy and promotes economic development by means of urban agglomerations and economic zones. In 2008, the planning of the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone was approved by the State Council, which upgraded the development of the Beibu Gulf into a national strategy. The Beibu Gulf Economic Zone is developing very rapidly. However, the Beibu Gulf urban agglomeration is in its infancy, the development of financial industry is not high, the financial competitiveness is still relatively weak, and the role of promoting the economy needs to be improved. Therefore, how to improve the financial competitiveness and radiation effect level of Beibu Gulf urban agglomeration plays an important role in the rise of Beibu Gulf urban agglomeration. This paper follows the logical sequence and overall framework of "Theory-Establishment of Evaluation system-empirical Analysis-Game". First of all, on the basis of the research on the related theory of financial agglomeration, the paper introduces Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration and Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration to carry on the horizontal contrast, and judges the degree of agglomeration through Herfindahl-Hirschmann index and location entropy. The evaluation index system of financial competitiveness is constructed according to the corresponding principles, and the financial competitiveness of the three urban agglomerations is evaluated by the factor analysis of SPSS software, and the score of financial competitiveness is obtained. The financial radiation radius of the city with radiation effect is calculated by Wilson model. Finally, the comparative analysis of the empirical results, targeted to improve the financial competitiveness of Beibu Gulf, radiation effect of policy recommendations to enhance the financial strength of the Gulf of Beibu, to achieve the financial prosperity of the Beibu Gulf urban agglomeration.
