无居民海岛旅游开发投资风险规避研究

【摘要】：无居民海岛作为我国海岛的一部分，其重要作用显而易见，对其进行合理有序开发也至关重要，这将会影响到我国海洋事业的发展。当前，无居民海岛进行旅游开发的为数不多，，开发成功的更是寥寥无几。因此，对无居民海岛旅游开发进行详细的调查研究，寻找无居民海岛旅游开发的优势与不足，归纳出我国无居民海岛旅游开发投资模式，并对其投资风险进行详细的分析，提出相应的风险规避方式，成了一个重要的研究课题。论文通过对国内外研究无居民海岛文献资料的收集分析，将国外开发旅游成果的无居民海岛总结为几个典型案例；国内的无居民海岛则分为：资源驱动型、政府主导型、市场经济型三个类型。通过分析文献，将无居民海岛开发投资风险分为系统性风险和非系统性风险两大类，从宏观和微观的风险要素出发，提出各种风险规避手段。经过与研究海岛及旅游经济、旅游投资的专家进行讨论研究，并根据无居民海岛自身独特环境特点，构建了无居民海岛旅游开发投资风险评价体系：分别从宏观环境风险、市场风险、环境破坏风险、技术风险、管理风险、安全风险等6个方面进行风险分析；运用层次分析法，使用Yaahp软件构建了无居民海岛旅游开发投资风险评价模型，最终确定出每个风险因素的权重。最后以泉州大坠岛为案例，在资料收集和现场考察的基础上，对大坠岛旅游开发投资的风险进行识别分析，对每个风险因素提出应对措施，建立风险监控系统，实时对大坠岛旅游开发投资风险进行跟进和修正。结果表明，大坠岛的旅游开发投资风险较低，具有较高的旅游开发潜力，通过合理的旅游规划，对每个风险因素进行分析规避，可以进行旅游开发投资。
[Abstract]:As a part of the islands of our country, the important role of the uninhabited islands is obvious, and it is also very important to develop them in a reasonable and orderly manner, which will affect the development of our country's marine undertakings. At present, the few non-resident island tourism development, the success of the development is very few. Therefore, this paper makes a detailed investigation and study on the development of uninhabited island tourism, finds out the advantages and disadvantages of the development of non-resident island tourism, sums up the investment mode of non-resident island tourism development in China, and makes a detailed analysis of its investment risk. It has become an important research topic to put forward the corresponding risk aversion. Based on the collection and analysis of the literature of the research on the non-resident islands at home and abroad, the paper summarizes the uninhabited islands developed by foreign countries as several typical cases, and the non-resident islands in China are divided into resource-driven and government-led ones. By analyzing the literature, the investment risk of non-inhabitant island development is divided into two categories: systematic risk and non-systematic risk, and various risk aversion methods are put forward from macro and micro risk factors. After discussing with the experts who study the island and tourism economy and tourism investment, and according to the unique environmental characteristics of the non-inhabitant island, the risk evaluation system of the tourism development investment of the non-resident island is constructed: from the macro environmental risk, Market risk, environmental damage risk, technology risk, management risk and security risk are analyzed, and the risk evaluation model of non-inhabitant island tourism development is constructed by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and Yaahp software. Finally determine the weight of each risk factor. Finally, taking Quanzhou Dafai Island as a case, on the basis of data collection and field investigation, the paper identifies and analyzes the risk of Dafai island tourism development and investment, puts forward countermeasures for each risk factor, and establishes a risk monitoring system. The real-time investment risk of Dafangdao tourism development is followed up and corrected. The results show that the investment risk of tourism development of Dafangdao is low, and it has higher tourism development potential. Through reasonable tourism planning, every risk factor can be analyzed and evaded, and tourism development investment can be carried out.
