晋中市农业旅游发展与地域结构优化分析

【摘要】：农业旅游是一种以农业形态为基础,农业和旅游业相结合的农业发展形式。随着我国城市居民休闲旅游需求的不断增长,特别是新农村建设战略的实施,农业旅游在解决“三农问题”、缩小城乡差距、保护生态环境等方面发挥着重要的作用,因此是一个迫切需要研究的问题。本论文通过搜集大量的文献资料和实地调查,运用增长极理论、环城游憩带理论、农业区位论等相关理论分析了晋中市农业旅游的基础条件和现状,探讨了晋中市农业旅游发展模式及类型,剖析了晋中市农业旅游在发展过程中存在的问题,提出了晋中市农业旅游地域结构优化的思路及发展对策。本文主要包括四大部分的内容：一是理论研究。以地理学、生态农业基础知识为指导,总结了国内外农业旅游研究现状,阐明了农业旅游的概念、特点、功能,并提出了发展农业旅游应以农业区位论、增长极理论、环城游憩带理论及旅游可持续发展理论为基础。二是基础条件和现状分析。首先分析了晋中市农业旅游发展的基础条件及资源背景。其次探讨了晋中市农业旅游现状及农业旅游发展类型。最后结合实地调查,提出了晋中市农业旅游存在着缺乏科学规划、宣传力度不够、旅游产品单一、基础设施落后、从业人员素质低等问题。三是地域结构优化的思路与发展农业旅游的对策。在上述分析的基础上提出了晋中市农业旅游发展的具体对策。从地域结构优化的思路出发,提出了晋中市农业旅游的开发战略空间为“两个产业带、五个小区”大格局,即西部平川产业带、东部山区产业带；现代农业观光区、休闲垂钓采摘区、农业生态旅游示范区、民俗文化体验区、健身娱乐度假区。而后分别从政府角度、农业旅游资源合理利用和专业人才培养等方面提出了促进晋中市农业旅游发展的对策与措施。四是结论。本部分对全文进行了总结并提出了进一步研究的建议。本文的创新之处：首先是对农业旅游的概念进行阐述,并提出了发展农业旅游应遵循的理论基础。其次是分析了晋中市农业旅游的现状、问题并在此基础上较系统的提出了“两个产业带、五个小区”的地域结构优化构想。
[Abstract]:Agricultural tourism is a form of agricultural development based on agricultural form and combination of agriculture and tourism. With the increasing demand for leisure tourism of urban residents in China, especially the implementation of the new rural construction strategy, agricultural tourism plays an important role in solving the "three rural issues", narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas, and protecting the ecological environment. Therefore, it is an urgent need to study the problem. This paper analyzes the basic conditions and present situation of agricultural tourism in Jinzhong City by collecting a lot of literature and field investigation, using the theory of growth pole, the theory of recreation zone around the city and the theory of agricultural location. This paper probes into the development mode and types of agricultural tourism in Jinzhong city, analyzes the problems existing in the development process of agricultural tourism in Jinzhong city, and puts forward some ideas and countermeasures for optimizing the regional structure of agricultural tourism in Jinzhong city. This paper mainly includes four parts: first, theoretical research. Guided by the basic knowledge of geography and ecological agriculture, this paper summarizes the present research situation of agricultural tourism at home and abroad, expounds the concept, characteristics and functions of agricultural tourism, and puts forward that the development of agricultural tourism should be based on the theory of agricultural location and the theory of growth pole. The theory of recreation zone around the city and the theory of sustainable development of tourism are the basis. Second, the basic conditions and current situation analysis. Firstly, the basic conditions and resource background of agricultural tourism development in Jinzhong City are analyzed. Secondly, it discusses the present situation of agricultural tourism in Jinzhong city and the development type of agricultural tourism. Finally, based on the field investigation, the paper points out that the agricultural tourism in Jinzhong city has some problems such as lack of scientific planning, insufficient propaganda, single tourism products, backward infrastructure, low quality of employees, and so on. Third, the thinking of optimizing the regional structure and the countermeasures of developing agricultural tourism. On the basis of the above analysis, the author puts forward the concrete countermeasures for the development of agricultural tourism in Jinzhong city. Based on the idea of optimizing the regional structure, the paper puts forward that the strategic space of agricultural tourism development in Jinzhong city is "two industrial belts, five small areas", that is, the western Pingchuan industrial belt, the eastern mountainous industrial belt, the modern agricultural tourism area, the western Pingchuan industrial belt, the eastern mountainous industrial belt, the modern agricultural tourism area, Leisure fishing and picking area, agricultural ecological tourism demonstration area, folk culture experience area, fitness entertainment resort area. Then the countermeasures and measures to promote the development of agricultural tourism in Jinzhong City are put forward from the angle of government, rational utilization of agricultural tourism resources and training of professional talents. Fourth, the conclusion. This part summarizes the full text and puts forward some suggestions for further study. The innovation of this paper: first of all, the concept of agricultural tourism is expounded, and the theoretical basis for the development of agricultural tourism is put forward. Secondly, the paper analyzes the present situation of agricultural tourism in Jinzhong city, and puts forward the regional structure optimization idea of "two industrial zones and five small areas" systematically on the basis of the analysis of the current situation of agricultural tourism in Jinzhong city.
