青海省旅游开发与布局研究

【摘要】：当今旅游业正处于蓬勃发展的时期，大力发展旅游业是我国的一项基本国策。青海省虽然拥有独具高原特色的丰富的旅游资源，旅游业发展潜力巨大，但是由于项目开发和旅游基础设施建设等的相对滞后，并且受到发展阶段和各种条件限制，致使青海旅游业发展不充分，其应有的社会经济功能等均未全面体现。目前，青海省旅游开发与发展，及其布局的规划尚处在初级起步阶段。近年来，随着青海省政府及相关部门的重视度提升，在相关部门的积极配合行动下，青海省旅游业的发展格局逐渐得到改善。然而，从青海省旅游业的现状来看，旅游资源的开发利用不够，旅游基础设施建设不够完善，道路交通的建设、旅游酒店业的发展水平亟待提高。因此，自然生态旅游、宗教文化旅游、民俗风情旅游、体育旅游等各种类型的旅游资源开发，均明显滞后于市场需求。青海省旅游要实现跨越式的发展，就必须要寻求一条特殊的开发模式和道路。为此，本文将基于旅游开发与布局的相关理论基础，依据可持续发展理论、区域理论和点轴理论，结合青海省旅游业发展及旅游资源的实际状况，对青海省旅游进行功能区划，并针对各功能分区进行层次定量分析，通过对青海省旅游业的开发及布局结构进行研究，最终总结归纳青海省旅游业开发与发展所面临的问题，并提出较为细致的相关对策和建议。青海省社会的全面发展和经济的快速发展，必将大力推动当地旅游业的发展。青海省具有得天独厚的旅游资源，为进一步开发提供了良好的基础条件。此外，，国家、政府以及相关部门对青海省旅游业发展的高度重视，并给予优惠政策和大力扶持，这对于青海省旅游业的开发和发展而言是一个很好的机遇。因此我们应当着力于把握机遇，为实现青海省旅游业的跨越式发展提供相关理论和实践依据，尽快解决青海省旅游业发展在开发和布局方面遇到的瓶颈问题，从而推动青海旅游业的大力发展。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the tourism industry is in a period of vigorous development. It is a basic national policy of our country to vigorously develop the tourism industry. Although Qinghai Province has rich tourism resources with unique plateau characteristics and great potential for tourism development, due to the relative lag of project development and tourism infrastructure construction, it is restricted by the stage of development and various conditions. As a result, Qinghai tourism is not fully developed and its social and economic functions are not fully reflected. At present, the tourism development and development of Qinghai Province, and its layout planning is still in the initial stage. In recent years, with the promotion of Qinghai provincial government and related departments, the development pattern of Qinghai tourism has been gradually improved under the active cooperation of relevant departments. However, from the current situation of tourism in Qinghai Province, the development of tourism resources is not enough, the construction of tourism infrastructure is not perfect, the construction of road traffic and the level of development of tourism hotel industry need to be improved. Therefore, the development of various types of tourism resources, such as natural ecotourism, religious and cultural tourism, folk-custom tourism, sports tourism and so on, lags behind the market demand. In order to realize the development by leaps and bounds, Qinghai tourism must seek a special development mode and road. Therefore, based on the related theories of tourism development and layout, according to the theory of sustainable development, regional theory and point-axis theory, combined with the development of tourism and the actual situation of tourism resources in Qinghai Province, this paper will carry out the functional regionalization of tourism in Qinghai Province. Through the research on the development and layout structure of tourism in Qinghai Province, the problems faced by the development and development of tourism industry in Qinghai Province are summarized. And put forward more detailed related countermeasures and suggestions. The overall development of Qinghai society and the rapid development of economy will promote the development of local tourism. Qinghai Province has unique tourism resources, which provides a good foundation for further development. In addition, the state, government and related departments attach great importance to the development of tourism in Qinghai Province, and give preferential policies and strong support, which is a good opportunity for the development and development of tourism in Qinghai Province. Therefore, we should try our best to seize the opportunity, provide relevant theoretical and practical basis for realizing the leapfrog development of Qinghai tourism, and solve the bottleneck problems in the development and layout of Qinghai tourism as soon as possible. So as to promote the development of Qinghai tourism.
