乡村旅游与新农村建设耦合模型及实证研究

【摘要】：乡村旅游是促进农业产业化发展的有力途径,是改善农民生活、促进农业生产发展的重要举措；新农村建设为乡村旅游的持续发展奠定坚实的经济基础,提供乡村旅游发展所依赖的环境基础。发展乡村旅游与新农村建设的目标具有一致性,通过探讨乡村旅游与新农村建设耦合度及耦合协调度,将有利于促进乡村旅游与新农村建设发展,促进新农村建设产业转型及升级,带动一产和三产的融合发展,对于增加农民收入、改善生活环境、提升农民生活质量具有重要意义。本文首先简述国内外乡村旅游、新农村建设主要研究成果,着重阐述了乡村旅游与新农村建设关系的研究概况和相关理论基础。通过对大量文献的梳理认为关于乡村旅游与新农村建设耦合的定量模型研究较少,亟需进一步丰富完善。然后根据指标选取的代表性、科学性、数据可得性、系统性原则构建了乡村旅游与新农村建设耦合度评价指标体系,确定了指标权重计算方法。第四章中,以乡村旅游与新农村建设耦合度评价指标为基础,以物理学中的容量耦合概念及容量耦合系数模型等为基础,构建乡村旅游与新农村建设耦合度评价模型并将乡村旅游与新农村建设耦合情况分为三个阶段：低水平耦合、中等耦合、高水平耦合。接着以杭州市为例对乡村旅游与新农村建设耦合度进行实证探讨分析。通过将杭州市相关数据分别计算得出杭州市截至2011年乡村旅游与新农村建设耦合度与耦合协调度分别为0.4996、0.4484,处于中等耦合状态。本文对于杭州市乡村旅游与新农村建设耦合度及耦合协调度计算结果进行了两个方面的分析。一方面,根据绘制的杭州市乡村旅游与新农村建设耦合发展趋势图将二者耦合发展划分为起始阶段(2006-2008)和发展阶段(2009-2011),并对不同阶段耦合发展阶段进行了分析；另一方面,对二者耦合发展总体趋势预测分析,随着农村经济发展水平的提高、旅游业的逐步完善、城乡统筹战略的引导以及乡村文化教育水平的提高,杭州乡村旅游与新农村建设耦合发展必将迈向成熟阶段。最后,从农村经济发展水平、旅游业发展水平、农村居民收入与消费水平、文化教育水平、农村区位、对外交通联系状况、城乡统筹等角度分析乡村旅游与新农村建设耦合的重要驱动因子,提出做好乡村旅游与新农村建设耦合发展规划、鼓励乡村旅游与农业产业化融合发展、协调耦合发展中各相关者的利益、加强政府引导和政策扶持、创新乡村旅游经营模式等乡村旅游与新农村建设耦合发展提升战略。
[Abstract]:Rural tourism is a powerful way to promote the development of agricultural industrialization, is an important measure to improve the life of farmers and promote the development of agricultural production, and the construction of new countryside lays a solid economic foundation for the sustainable development of rural tourism. Provide the environmental base on which rural tourism development depends. The development of rural tourism is consistent with the goal of new rural construction. By discussing the coupling degree and coordination degree between rural tourism and new rural construction, it will be helpful to promote the development of rural tourism and new rural construction. It is of great significance to promote the transformation and upgrading of the new rural construction industry and to promote the integration of one and three industries for increasing farmers' income, improving their living environment and improving their quality of life. In this paper, the main research results of rural tourism at home and abroad and the construction of new countryside are briefly described, and the research situation and relevant theoretical basis of the relationship between rural tourism and new rural construction are emphatically expounded. Through the review of a large number of literatures, it is concluded that the quantitative model of coupling between rural tourism and new rural construction is less, which needs to be further enriched and perfected. Then the evaluation index system of coupling degree between rural tourism and new rural construction is constructed according to the representative, scientific, data availability and systematic principle of index selection, and the calculation method of index weight is determined. In the fourth chapter, based on the evaluation index of coupling degree between rural tourism and new rural construction, the concept of capacity coupling and capacity coupling coefficient model in physics are taken as the foundation. The paper constructs the evaluation model of coupling degree between rural tourism and new rural construction and divides the coupling between rural tourism and new rural construction into three stages: low level coupling medium coupling and high level coupling. Then take Hangzhou as an example to analyze the coupling degree between rural tourism and new rural construction. According to the relevant data of Hangzhou, the coupling degree and coordination degree of rural tourism and new rural construction are 0.4996 ~ 0.4484, which are in the medium coupling state by the end of 2011. In this paper, the coupling degree and coordination degree between rural tourism and new rural construction in Hangzhou are analyzed in two aspects. On the one hand, according to the map of the coupling development trend between rural tourism and new rural construction in Hangzhou, the coupling development is divided into initial stage (2006-2008) and development stage (2009-2011), and the coupling development stage of different stages is analyzed. With the improvement of rural economic development level, the gradual improvement of tourism industry, the guidance of urban and rural overall planning strategy and the improvement of rural cultural and educational level, the overall trend of coupling development between the two is predicted and analyzed. The coupling development of rural tourism and new rural construction in Hangzhou is bound to be a mature stage. Finally, from the level of rural economic development, the level of tourism development, the level of income and consumption of rural residents, the level of culture and education, rural location, external transport links, This paper analyzes the important driving factors of the coupling of rural tourism and new rural construction from the perspective of urban and rural planning, and puts forward a good plan for the coupling development of rural tourism and new rural construction, so as to encourage the integration and development of rural tourism and agricultural industrialization. Coordination of the interests of the stakeholders in the coupled development, strengthening government guidance and policy support, innovation of rural tourism management model and rural tourism and new rural construction coupling development promotion strategy.
