越南旅游企业社会责任评价指标体系研究

【摘要】:在世界旅游业快速发展的背景下,凭借优美的自然风光、温和的气候条件、悠久的历史文化以及独特众多的民族,越南旅游业得到了飞快的发展。然而旅游企业快速发展的同时,,在企业社会责任方面也存在着诸多问题,如景区内游客食物中毒,旅游产品和服务质量差,旅游活动产生的废气、废液、废渣随意排放等等。同样,在越南旅游企业发展、经营、管理中也出现了类似的问题,带来了生态破坏、水质下降、嗓音增加、交通拥挤等后果。旅游企业出现的这些企业社会责任缺失的现象,严重损坏了旅游业作为“无烟产业”、“朝阳产业”的良好形象。 本文对越南旅游企业社会责任进行研究。结合利益相关者理论、国际评价指标体系SA8000、国际公约、越南相关法律法规和越南国情,构建了越南旅游企业社会责任评价指标体系。针对越南旅游企业社会责任的内容,通过6个原则,4个依据构建越南旅游企业社会责任评价指标体系,包括3个一级指标、9个二级指标、39个三级指标,并引入层次分析法确定指标权重。然后,从核心利益相关者、蛰伏利益相关者、边缘利益相关者三个维度建立旅游企业社会责任评价指标体系,利用层次分析法确定指标权重,构建越南旅游企业社会责任评价指标体系。最后运用本文构建的越南旅游企业社会责任评价指标体系考察越南河内旅游公司履行社会责任的情况。研究结果表明,河内旅游公司较好地履行了社会责任,但在保护员工利益、招收童工等方面还存在一些问题。
[Abstract]:In the background of the rapid development of the world tourism industry, with the beautiful natural scenery, mild climate conditions, long history and culture and many unique ethnic groups, the tourism industry of Vietnam has been developing rapidly. However, while the rapid development of tourism enterprises, there are many problems in the social responsibility of enterprises, such as the tourist food in the scenic area. Poisoning, poor quality of tourism products and services, waste gas from tourism activities, waste liquid, waste residue and so on. Similarly, similar problems have appeared in the development, management and management of Vietnamese tourism enterprises, which have brought about ecological damage, water quality decline, voice increase, traffic congestion and so on. The lack of social responsibility of these enterprises appeared in tourism enterprises. This phenomenon has seriously damaged the tourism industry as a good image of "smoke-free industry" and "sunrise industry".
This paper studies the social responsibility of Vietnamese tourism enterprises. Combining the stakeholder theory, the international evaluation index system SA8000, the international convention, the Vietnamese related laws and regulations and the conditions of Vietnam, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of the social responsibility of the Vietnamese tourism enterprises. In view of the content of the social responsibility of the Vietnamese tourist enterprises, 6 principles and 4 basis are constructed. To build the evaluation index system of the social responsibility of Vietnamese tourism enterprises, including 3 first level indicators, 9 two level indicators, 39 three level indicators, and the introduction of analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight. Then, from the core stakeholders, dormant stakeholders, marginal stakeholders to establish the Tourism Enterprise Social Responsibility Evaluation index system, utilization layer. The sub analysis method determines the index weight and constructs the evaluation index system of the social responsibility of Vietnam tourism enterprises. Finally, the article uses the social responsibility evaluation index system of Vietnam tourism enterprise to inspect the social responsibility of Hanoi tourism company in Vietnam. The results show that Hanoi tourism company performs well in social responsibility, but it is protected. There are still some problems in the interests of employees and the recruitment of child labor.
