我国扶贫旅游产业链优化研究

【摘要】：扶贫旅游产业链未能有效实现区域资源的整合,是导致大多数地区所实施的扶贫旅游战略成效不明显的深层次原因。论文从产业链的概念出发,结合扶贫旅游的本质要求,给出扶贫旅游产业链的定义,并对其发展和演化规律进行分析并指出:与一般旅游产业链相比,扶贫旅游产业链更加强调价值分配和更加注重产业链本地化,其发展一般要经历从简单到复杂、从线性到网状的发展过程。在此基础上,基于我国扶贫旅游产业链存在的短窄化、脱节化、非本地化、同质化等问题,结合扶贫旅游产业链优化的内涵及其意义分析,提出提升扶贫旅游产业链价值创造能力及价值分配功能的对策建议,具体包括培育核心扶贫旅游企业、加强产业链整合、加快产业链本地化、加强产业和部门融合及区域合作等。
[Abstract]:The poor tourism industry chain can not effectively realize the integration of regional resources, which is the deep reason why the poverty alleviation tourism strategy implemented in most regions is not effective. Starting from the concept of industrial chain and combining with the essential requirements of poverty alleviation tourism, the paper gives the definition of poverty alleviation tourism industry chain, analyzes its development and evolution law and points out: compared with the general tourism industry chain, The pro-poor tourism industry chain emphasizes more value distribution and more emphasis on localization of the industrial chain, and its development generally has to go through the development process from simple to complex, from linear to network. On this basis, based on the problems of shortening, disjointing, non-localization, homogenization and so on, this paper analyzes the connotation and significance of the optimization of poverty alleviation tourism industry chain. Some suggestions are put forward to improve the value creation ability and value distribution function of the tourism industry chain, including cultivating the core pro-poor tourism enterprises, strengthening the integration of the industry chain, and accelerating the localization of the industry chain. Strengthen the integration of industries and departments and regional cooperation.
