甘肃、青海、宁夏三省区体育旅游发展障碍因素分析与措施研究

【摘要】：进入二十一世纪以来，世界旅游业取得了飞速发展，我国旅游业也进入了高速发展时期。随着经济的发展，人们的收入水平和生活方式都有了很大的提高。因此，人们对生活有了更高的要求，期望通过体育旅游的方式达到返朴归真、释放压力、寻求刺激、冒险、休闲等多种目的。体育旅游结合了强身健体与休闲娱乐的双重功效，满足了旅游者追求时尚、不断变化的旅游心理与旅游需求，已成为备受人们青睐的新的旅游方式。目前，我国体育旅游市场已初具规模，但体育旅游业仍处于初始阶段。整个西部的体育旅游发展出现不平衡状况，以西南山水旅游为主的体育旅游明显要超前于以大漠、高原、民族风情游为主的西北地区体育旅游。尤其是甘青宁三省区，作为老、少、边、穷的典型代表，GDP连年处于全国31个省区的倒数前五名，体育旅游业发展更是相对缓慢，成为制约整个西部体育旅游发展的主要问题。本文从甘青宁三省区的经济状况、基础设施、旅游与体育旅游发展现状、三省区体育旅游现状的共性入手，收集资料并对此进行了较为深入系统地分析与讨论。研究表明：制约甘青宁三省区体育旅游业发展的主要因素是经济的滞后、恶劣的自然环境、人们对体育旅游的重视程度不够、体育旅游的管理与监督力度不够、产业化程度比较低、体育旅游的服务质量较差、体育旅游人才培养落后等。通过结合甘青宁三省区的实际情况，对障碍因素的产生进行分析提出：要想使体育旅游成为甘青宁三省区的支柱性产业就必须要以西部大开发为契机，吸引外来投资确立体育旅游的优势地位、重视体育旅游资源的可持续开发、注重体育旅游的宣传、建立合理的人才机制，培养高素质的体育旅游人才同时加强区域间的合作等措施，这几个措施中，最重要的是要学会将自然环境的劣势转化为发展体育旅游的优势，以其为甘青宁三省区体育旅游发展提供参考。
[Abstract]:Since the 21 century, the world tourism industry has made rapid development, China's tourism industry has also entered a period of rapid development. With the development of economy, people's income level and life style have been greatly improved. Therefore, people have higher requirements for life, expect to return to the original through sports tourism, release pressure, seek stimulation, adventure, leisure and other purposes. Sports tourism, which combines the functions of physical fitness and leisure and entertainment, satisfies the tourists' pursuit of fashion, constantly changing tourism psychology and tourism demand, and has become a new tourism mode which has been favored by people. At present, China's sports tourism market has begun to take shape, but sports tourism is still in its initial stage. The development of sports tourism in the whole western China is unbalanced. The sports tourism mainly in southwest China is obviously ahead of the sports tourism in Northwest China, which is dominated by desert, plateau and ethnic tourism. Especially the three provinces of Gansu, Qingning and Ning, as the typical representative of old, little, poor and poor, are ranked in the bottom five of the 31 provinces and regions in succession of years, and the development of sports tourism is relatively slow, which has become the main problem restricting the development of sports tourism in the whole west of China. This paper starts with the economic situation, infrastructure, tourism and sports tourism development of the three provinces and regions, and the commonness of the three provinces' sports tourism status, collects the data and makes a deep and systematic analysis and discussion. The research shows that the main factors restricting the development of sports tourism in Gansu, Qinghai and Ningxia provinces are the lagging of economy, the bad natural environment, the insufficient attention to sports tourism, and the insufficient management and supervision of sports tourism. The degree of industrialization is relatively low, the service quality of sports tourism is poor, and the cultivation of sports tourism talents is backward. According to the actual situation of Gansu, Qingning and Ning provinces, this paper analyzes the emergence of obstacle factors, and points out that in order to make sports tourism become a pillar industry of Gansu, Qing, Ning and Ningxia provinces and regions, we must take the development of the western region as an opportunity. Attract foreign investment to establish the advantage of sports tourism, attach importance to the sustainable development of sports tourism resources, pay attention to the propaganda of sports tourism, establish a reasonable talent mechanism, Among these measures, it is most important to learn to transform the inferiority of the natural environment into the advantages of developing sports tourism. It provides reference for the development of sports tourism in the three provinces of Gansu, Qinghai and Ningxia.
