大学生旅游行为影响因素研究

【摘要】:随着城市间的距离不断缩短,人们在城市间的流动频率不断增加,,信息化网络日趋完善的情形下,越来越多适合旅游的产品被挖掘出来。而高校学生的不断增加,大学生无论是从数量上还是从接受新鲜事物的能力上都成为旅游市场上很值得开拓的目标客户群体,可谓前景广阔。对大学生旅游市场的开发不仅仅对旅游行业意义重大,而且国家的经济收入和大学生自身的素养、眼界的提高都有很大的益处,一举数得。 论文立足于沈阳市的旅游行业,针对大学生这一旅游群体,在感觉、学习与记忆、动机、态度、个性、参考群体、家庭、角色、社会阶层、文化与亚文化的这几个对大学生旅游行为有影响的因素中寻找出态度、动机、参考群体、角色这四个特征值大于1的主要影响因素来代替原有因素。通过调查问卷的方法,收集沈阳市大学生的信息获取渠道、通常旅游时间、通常话费时长、出游方式、平均每次旅游花费金额、主要花费项目、倾向旅游景点等相关大学生旅游行为的信息。再使用SPSS和EXCEL等软件对收集到的数据信息进行分析、整理,寻找沈阳市大学生旅游行为的一些规律,并用非参数检验来检测态度、动机、参考群体、角色这些因素对大学生旅游行为的影响。通过分析这些旅游行为规律和影响因素,旅游企业可以有针对性的设计出符合大学生旅游行为的旅游产品和服务,对旅游市场提供有效的建议。
[Abstract]:With the shortening of the distance between cities, the increasing frequency of people's flow between cities, and the information network becoming more and more perfect, more and more products suitable for tourism have been excavated. With the increasing number of college students and the ability to accept new things, college students have become a target group in the tourism market, which has a bright future. The development of tourism market for college students is of great significance not only to the tourism industry, but also to the economic income of the country and the quality of college students themselves.
