武陵源区域低碳旅游发展研究

【摘要】：全球气候正在发生着潜移默化的改变，人类活动正在引发一场巨大的生存环境变化。人类活动排放过量的温室气体导致全球变暖，，增温带来海平面上升、区域气候变化、生物多样性骤减等等一系列连锁反应，人类不得不重视经济发展与气候变化。旅游业作为21世纪最具发展潜力的综合性经济产业，与环境状况更是息息相关。随着低碳经济的诞生，低碳旅游受到了社会各界的广泛关注，发展低碳旅游成为政府、实业甚至是旅游者热议的话题。本文是在消化吸收低碳经济核心理念的基础上，依托旅游可持续发展理论、循环经济、生态理论研究成果，系统分析武陵源区低碳旅游概念体系，构建武陵源区域低碳旅游发展指标体系，并提出低碳旅游建议。首先，对本文选题背景、意义、研究内容等进行叻论述，梳理了国内外相关研究成果；其次，对低碳旅游，低碳经济，等相关理论进行了分析；接着，从实际出发，对武陵源区旅游与低碳旅游的现状进行了分析，总结出武陵源地区低碳旅游面临的问题和武陵源区低碳旅游发展影响因数；通过专家法，对评价指标体系的提出、找专家对武陵源区域低碳旅游发展评价指标体系进行筛选、到指标权重、在到对指标分析，最后建立武陵源区域低碳旅游发展评价指标体系；最后从低碳旅游的角度提出武陵源区域的发展与建议。本研究在以下几个方面有可能的创新点:一是在全球倡导低碳经济的时候，展开了对景区低碳旅游的研究，目前学术界对低碳旅游的发展研究较少，本文的研究填补了其中的一小段空白，或者是说填补其中一个小的方向。二是将评价指标体系的概念引入到武陵源区域低碳旅游额发展研究中，运用专家咨询法和层次分析法构建评价指标体系，可以为低碳旅游的其他细分领域的低碳评价研究提供一些启发和借鉴。三是通过对武陵源区域旅游的实证研究，验证了指标体系的实际可操作性，使得文章具有一定的现实意义。
[Abstract]:The global climate is changing subtly, and human activities are causing a huge change in the living environment. Excessive emissions of greenhouse gases from human activities lead to global warming, warming brings sea level rise, regional climate change, biodiversity plummet and a series of chain effects, human beings have to attach importance to economic development and climate change. Tourism, as the most potential comprehensive economic industry in the 21 st century, is closely related to the environment. With the birth of low-carbon economy, low-carbon tourism has received extensive attention from all walks of life. The development of low-carbon tourism has become a hot topic for the government, industry and even tourists. Based on the core concept of absorbing low carbon economy, this paper systematically analyzes the concept system of low carbon tourism in Wulingyuan area, relying on the research results of tourism sustainable development theory, circular economy and ecological theory. To construct a low-carbon tourism development index system in Wulingyuan region, and put forward low-carbon tourism suggestions. First of all, the background, significance, research content of this paper are discussed, combing the relevant research results at home and abroad; secondly, the low-carbon tourism, low-carbon economy, and other related theories are analyzed; then, from the practical point of view, This paper analyzes the current situation of tourism and low-carbon tourism in Wulingyuan area, summarizes the problems faced by low-carbon tourism in Wulingyuan area and the factors affecting the development of low-carbon tourism in Wulingyuan region, and puts forward the evaluation index system through expert method. Looking for experts to screen the evaluation index system of low carbon tourism development in Wulingyuan region, to the index weight, to the index analysis, and finally to establish the evaluation index system of low carbon tourism development in Wulingyuan region; Finally, the development and suggestions of Wulingyuan region are put forward from the perspective of low-carbon tourism. This study has some possible innovations in the following aspects: first, when the global low-carbon economy was advocated, the research on low-carbon tourism in scenic spots was carried out, but there is little research on the development of low-carbon tourism in academic circles at present. The present study fills in a small gap, or one of the smaller directions. Secondly, the concept of evaluation index system is introduced into the research on the development of low carbon tourism in Wulingyuan region, and the evaluation index system is constructed by using expert consultation method and analytic hierarchy process. It can provide some inspiration and reference for the research of low-carbon evaluation in other sub-fields of low-carbon tourism. Thirdly, through the empirical study of Wulingyuan regional tourism, the paper verifies the actual operability of the index system, which makes the article have certain practical significance.
