城市近郊型风景名胜区规划研究

【摘要】：近郊型风景名胜区位于城市近郊，是一种特殊类型的风景名胜区。随着城市化和风景旅游业的快速发展，目前我国的城市近郊型风景名胜区正处于开发建设的高潮时期，其在规划、建设、保护和管理等方面存在着诸多的矛盾和问题。因此，对城市近郊型风景名胜区规划进行研究不仅很有必要，也很有意义。本文借鉴国内外相关规划理论与实践经验，并结合笔者的规划实践，，理论联系实际，对城市近郊型风景名胜区规划进行了较为系统的研究。详细分析了城市近郊型风景名胜区存在或面临的主要问题，提出了相应的规划对策，以期为城市近郊型风景名胜区规划提供一定的参考和借鉴。本文的主要研究内容和结果如下： (1)总结了国内外相关研究进展，明确了本文的研究内容、方法、目的与意义；并在此基础上阐述了城市、城市化、风景名胜区与风景名胜区规划的概念与内涵,总结归纳了风景名胜区的分类及其规划层次与内容,界定了城市近郊型风景名胜区在本文中的概念,并对相关基础理论进行了初步的研究。 (2)对城市近郊型风景名胜区的基本属性进行了较为全面的认知,分别阐述了城市近郊型风景名胜区的特征、功能，以及城景之间的互动发展过程和关系。 (3)结合我国城市近郊型风景名胜区的现状概况和有关案例，深入分析了其在土地利用、生态环境、道路交通、景观空间、历史人文、居民社会及经营管理等七大方面存在的突出问题，明确了本文要着重探讨的问题和写作的切入点；并在此基础上借鉴国内外有关理论和实践经验，探讨了城市近郊型风景名胜区规划应对上述七大方面问题的相关对策，以及一些具体的方法和技术。 (4)以福建省柘荣县东狮山省级风景名胜区总体规划为例，理论联系实际，对提出的关于城市近郊型风景名胜区的规划对策进行实证分析，验证其在实际操作中的可行性，并思考总结了在做规划时要着重把握的几条核心理念。
[Abstract]:Suburban scenic spot is a special type of scenic spot located in the suburb of city. With the rapid development of urbanization and landscape tourism, the urban suburban scenic spots in China are in the period of development and construction. There are many contradictions and problems in planning, construction, protection and management. Therefore, it is not only necessary but also meaningful to study the planning of suburban scenic spots. This article draws lessons from the domestic and foreign related planning theory and the practical experience, unifies the author's planning practice, the theory unifies the practice, has carried on the more systematic research to the city suburb type scenic spot plan. This paper analyzes in detail the main problems existing or facing in the urban suburban scenic spots, and puts forward the corresponding planning countermeasures in order to provide some reference and reference for the planning of the urban suburban scenic spots. The main contents and results of this paper are as follows: (1) the research progress at home and abroad is summarized, and the research content, method, purpose and significance of this paper are clarified. The concept and connotation of the planning of scenic spots and scenic spots are summarized, and the classification, planning levels and contents of scenic spots are summarized, and the concept of urban suburban scenic spots in this paper is defined. And the related basic theories are studied. (2) the basic properties of the suburban scenic spots are comprehensively recognized, and the characteristics and functions of the suburban scenic spots are expounded respectively. And the interactive development process and relationship between urban scenery. (3) combined with the current situation of urban suburban scenic spots and related cases, in-depth analysis of its land use, ecological environment, road traffic, landscape space, The outstanding problems in seven aspects, such as history and humanities, resident society, management and management, etc., have made clear the problems that this article should focus on and the starting point of writing, and draw lessons from relevant theories and practical experiences at home and abroad on this basis. This paper probes into the relevant countermeasures and some concrete methods and techniques for the planning of the urban suburban scenic spots in response to the above seven major problems. (4) taking the overall planning of the provincial scenic spots in Dongshi Mountain, Zhelong County, Fujian Province as an example, Combining theory with practice, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the planning countermeasures of urban suburban scenic spots, verifies its feasibility in practical operation, and thinks and summarizes several core concepts to be grasped in planning.
