旅游经济发展中的环境经济政策应用及研究进展

【摘要】：中国旅游业正值蓬勃发展时期,除了带来了较大的经济效益,环境资源方面的外部性问题亦日益凸显,而且当前旅游环境保护手段比较低效,更为有效的环境经济政策手段在旅游发展中的应用及研究尚不足,因此,有必要总结旅游经济发展中的环境经济政策手段应用及研究现状,找出更为合理有效的环境保护手段,保障中国旅游可持续发展。经总结分析,无论是环境经济政策整体研究还是单个政策手段研究,均存在不足;对环境经济政策实施的效果预测研究几乎没有,因此今后要更多的关注环境经济政策手段选择及实施效果评价,用其来约束旅游景区或旅游目的地旅游经济发展,使旅游发展与环境保护两者之间达成共生关系,实现旅游经济可持续发展及居民福利改善的终极目标。
[Abstract]:China's tourism industry is in a period of vigorous development. In addition to bringing greater economic benefits, the externalities of environmental resources are becoming increasingly prominent, and the current means of protecting the environment of tourism are relatively inefficient. The application and research of more effective environmental economic policy means in tourism development is still insufficient. Therefore, it is necessary to summarize the application and research status of environmental economic policy means in tourism economic development, and find out more reasonable and effective environmental protection means. To ensure the sustainable development of tourism in China. After summing up and analyzing, whether the overall study of environmental economic policy or the study of individual policy means, there are shortcomings; there is almost no research on the effect prediction of environmental economic policy implementation. Therefore, more attention should be paid to the choice of environmental economic policy and the evaluation of the effect of its implementation in the future, so as to restrict the development of tourism economy in scenic spots or tourist destinations, so that the symbiotic relationship between tourism development and environmental protection can be reached. To realize the ultimate goal of sustainable development of tourism economy and improvement of residents' welfare.
