新疆丝路中道汉唐历史遗存现状及保护研究

【摘要】：新疆丝绸之路中道是汉唐时期中西文明交流的重要通道,沿途汉唐历史文化遗存丰富。课题组对整个丝绸之路中道的汉唐历史遗存现状进行了调查,分析了其被破坏以致消失的原因及其保护措施,并指出对历史遗存的保护应主要重视审慎处理资源开发和文物古迹保护之间的关系,重视农业开发中文物保护的首要地位,从制度上规范文物、旅游部门的行政职能,走新型工业化之路,减少工业污染对文物的破坏,做好城镇化进程中历史遗存的保护工作,留住城市文化底蕴。
[Abstract]:Xinjiang Silk Road was an important channel for the exchange of Chinese and Western civilization in Han and Tang dynasties, along which the historical and cultural relics of Han and Tang dynasties were rich. The present situation of historical relics of Han and Tang dynasties along the Silk Road was investigated, and the causes of its destruction and its protection measures were analyzed. It is also pointed out that the protection of historical relics should mainly pay attention to the relationship between the exploitation of resources and the protection of cultural relics and monuments, attach importance to the primacy of the protection of cultural relics in agricultural development, and regulate the administrative functions of the cultural relics and tourism departments in terms of system. Take the road of new-type industrialization, reduce the destruction of cultural relics caused by industrial pollution, do a good job in protecting the historical relics in the course of urbanization, and retain the cultural background of the city.
