浙江南国大酒店发展战略研究

【摘要】：改革开放以来，，随着我国经济社会的发展，商务、旅游随之兴盛起来，这也带动了我国酒店业的成长。经过大约三十年的发展，我国酒店业突飞猛进,高速发展，己从单一的接待型国营酒店发展成为现代化企业。然而，近年来全球经济的震荡和中国经济格局擅变、国际酒店的扩张、酒店业暴利时期的过去，使得我国酒店业正在经历着严峻的考验和巨大的市场压力。在这样的情况下，我国酒店业存在的市场问题、人才问题等问题已经愈加掣肘。此时，重新审视酒店业的行业环境，以找出机遇、消灭潜在的威胁也越来越重要。浙江南国大酒店作为一家国家五星级标准酒店，也在近几年内外环境的重大变化，市场的激烈竞争中暴露出酒店本身的管理问题。本文针对浙江南国大酒店基本情况,具体分析了浙江南国大酒店目前存在的问题,在分析外部环境和内部环境的同时,总结了浙江南国大酒店的优势与劣势,剖析了酒店目前所面临的机遇和挑战,在此基础上，提出了适宜浙江南国大酒店的发展战略以及保证战略实施的措施。希望本战略的制定能够帮助浙江南国大酒店有效应对目前的危机，在困境中实现酒店的进一步的发展走，同时也为中国酒店民族品牌走上集团化发展道路提供一些可借鉴的经验。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the development of our economy and society, business and tourism have flourished, which has also led to the growth of our hotel industry. After about 30 years of development, the hotel industry in China has developed by leaps and bounds and developed from a single hospitality state hotel to a modern enterprise. However, in recent years, the shock of global economy and the change of China's economic pattern, the expansion of international hotels and the past of the period of hotel industry profiteering, make the hotel industry of our country undergo severe test and great market pressure. In this case, the hotel industry in China's market problems, talent problems and other issues have become increasingly constrained. At this point, it is increasingly important to re-examine the industry environment to identify opportunities and eliminate potential threats. Zhejiang Nanguo Hotel, as a national five-star standard hotel, has also exposed the hotel management problems in recent years due to the great changes in the environment and the fierce competition in the market. According to the basic situation of Zhejiang Nanguo Hotel, this paper analyzes the existing problems of Zhejiang Nanguo Hotel, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of Zhejiang Nanguo Hotel while analyzing the external and internal environment. On the basis of analyzing the opportunities and challenges the hotel is facing at present, this paper puts forward the development strategy suitable for Zhejiang Nanguo Hotel and the measures to ensure the implementation of the strategy. I hope that the formulation of this strategy can help Zhejiang Nanguo Hotel effectively cope with the current crisis and realize the further development of the hotel in a difficult situation. At the same time, it also provides some experience for the development of Chinese hotels.
