黑龙江世居民族饮食民俗及文化特征

【摘要】:本文从民俗学的角度,简要分析了黑龙江省世居民族的饮食文化习俗及其对本民族文化品格的影响。在进行了大量的资料搜集工作和田野调查工作后,将资料整理归纳,把黑龙江地区世居民族的特色饮食民俗文化元素作为研究对象,将饮食中所反映出来的民俗文化事项加以整理、归纳和分析。本文是由绪论、渔捞狩猎生产方式下的饮食文化形态、游牧畜牧生产方式下的饮食文化形态、农耕稻作生产方式下的饮食文化形态和结论四部分。在绪论中,论述了黑龙江省少数民族饮食民俗文化相关领域的研究现状、学术背景及其理论与实际意义。在第一章中,主要分析了渔猎生产方式下,侧重渔捞的赫哲族和侧重狩猎的鄂伦春族喜食生鲜的饮食特点及其在饮食民俗中体现出的善用资源、聪慧乐观的精神内涵。在第二章中,着重论述了在游牧畜牧的生产方式下,呈现出的蒙古族的食肉饮奶和达斡尔族的稷麦为主的各自不同的民俗特色,同时也体现出两个民族偏好醇香的饮食口味和粗狂豪迈、外刚内柔的民族品格。在第三章的论述中,满族和朝鲜族作为典型的农耕稻作民族,重咸嗜辣、喜食粘凉是两个民族的饮食特点,,其饮食习俗也体现出复合兼容,风格多元的特色。在文章的最后一部分,也就是结论中,总结归纳出,在饮食民俗中深刻的沉积着丰富的民族文化内涵。而通过对这些民俗文化的研究,最终会使我们深刻的体味和感受到,具有悠久民族文明历史传承的鲜明的民族文化品格。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of folklore, this paper briefly analyzes the diet culture custom of the people living in Heilongjiang Province and its influence on the cultural character of this nationality. After a large amount of data collection and field work, the data were sorted and summarized, and the cultural elements of diet and folk custom of the ancient peoples in Heilongjiang region were taken as the research object. The folk culture items reflected in the diet are sorted out, summarized and analyzed. This paper is divided into four parts: introduction, diet culture form under fishing and hunting production mode, diet culture form under nomadic animal husbandry mode, diet culture form and conclusion under farming rice production mode. In the introduction, this paper discusses the current situation, academic background and theoretical and practical significance of the relevant fields of diet folk culture of ethnic minorities in Heilongjiang Province. In the first chapter, it mainly analyzes the eating characteristics of Hezhe nationality with emphasis on fishing and hunting and Oroqen nationality with special emphasis on hunting, and the spiritual connotation of wisdom and optimism reflected in the good use of resources and optimistic spirit in diet folk custom under the mode of production of fishing and hunting. In the second chapter, under the mode of nomadic animal husbandry, the paper mainly discusses the different folk customs characteristics of Mongolian people, meat and milk, and Daur Jimai, which are the main folk customs of the Mongolian people and the Daur people, respectively, in the production mode of nomadic animal husbandry. At the same time, it also reflects the two nationalities' preference for mellow food taste and rough and bold, outside rigid and soft national character. In the third chapter, the Manchu and Korean ethnic groups, as the typical farming rice ethnic group, are salty and spicy, and enjoy eating and sticking to cool. Their diet customs also show the characteristics of complex compatibility and multi-style. In the last part of the article, which is the conclusion, it is concluded that the rich national culture is deeply deposited in the diet folk custom. Through the study of these folk cultures, we will finally have a profound taste and feel, with a long history of national civilization heritage of the distinct national culture character.
