【摘要】：摘要：农业是人类社会最基本的物质生产部门,发挥稳天下、安民生的作用。随着全球经济的发展和世界人口增长,传统农业生产发展面临着增产、提高质量等多方面的压力。在当前经济社会条件下,现代农业代表了农业发展的最新阶段和最高境界。新世纪以来,我国政府对推进现代农业发展予以高度重视,出台了一系列措施,充分利用传统农业已有条件,推进现代农业发展进程。湖南省作为我国传统的农业大省,经过30多年的努力探索,注重农业科技研发与推广,农业产业结构调整升级,农业生产条件明显改善,农民收入逐步提升,为现代农业发展积累了有利条件。但目前湖南省农业依然与现代农业发展目标存在一定距离,存在农业产出低,生产规模小,区域发展不均衡等问题。本文在梳理传统农业向现代农业转型理论的基础上,运用定量定性、文献归纳与实地调研相结合、历史分析等多种分析方法,通过对湖南省目前农业发展现状的分析,发掘湖南省在量上已经积累的具有发展现代农业的优势。在论述湖南省传统农业向现代农业发展缓慢的原因及存在的问题的基础上,结合湖南省内区域发展现代农业条件的差异性及程度高低的不同,提出建议合理配置资源,在提高农业经济效益的同时实现农业可持续发展,即湖南省现代农业发展实现路径。

With the development of global economy and world population growth, the traditional agricultural production development is faced with many aspects of production, improve the quality of the pressure. In the current economic and social conditions, the new stage and the highest level of modern agricultural representative the development of agriculture. Since the new century, the Chinese government attaches great importance to promoting the development of modern agriculture, introduced a series of measures to make full use of existing conditions of traditional agriculture, promote the process of modern agricultural development in Hunan province. As a major agricultural province in China. After 30 years of efforts, focus on the development and promotion of agricultural science and technology and the agricultural industrial structure adjustment, improved conditions for agricultural production, farmers' income increased gradually, the accumulation of favorable conditions for the development of modern agriculture. But there is still the agriculture of Hunan Province There is a certain distance between the target of modern agricultural development and the problems of low agricultural output, small scale of production and unbalance of regional development.
Based on combing the transformation of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture theory, using qualitative and quantitative, literature review and field research combining, historical analysis and other analysis methods, through the analysis of the current status of agricultural development in Hunan Province, Hunan province to explore has accumulated in quantity with the development of modern agriculture. The advantages of the slow development of the foundation due to modern agriculture in the traditional agriculture of Hunan province and the existing problems, combined with the development of modern agriculture in Hunan province regional conditions and difference of different level, proposed the rational allocation of resources, realize the sustainable development of agriculture to improve agricultural economic benefits at the same time, the development of modern agriculture in Hunan province to achieve the path.
