【摘要】："公地悲剧"是私有化主张者批判公有制的重要经济学理论,也是城镇化背景下土地私有化主张者的直接理论依据。马克思指出土地私有化对城镇化而言其实是个悲剧:提升城镇化与土地产出效率只是美丽的神话,通过土地私有化避免农民的人道灾难只是道德乌托邦,通过土地私有化保障农民土地权益是对正义的越界。马克思的"私地悲剧"思想启示我们推进农村城镇化必须坚持土地公有这一制度底线,并适时推进土地完整国有化。
[Abstract]:"tragedy of the Commons" is an important economic theory in which privatization advocates criticize public ownership. Marx pointed out that land privatization is actually a tragedy for urbanization: it is only a beautiful myth to promote urbanization and land output efficiency. To avoid the humanitarian catastrophe of farmers through land privatization is merely a moral utopia. The protection of farmers' land rights and interests through land privatization is beyond the bounds of justice. Marx's thought of "private land tragedy" enlightens us that we must adhere to the bottom line of land public ownership system in order to promote rural urbanization. And timely promotion of complete nationalization of land.
