【摘要】:自经济改革开放以后,人们在逐渐提高生活水平的同时,也开始逐渐要求增高物质生活的质量。人们的日常生活都离不开蔬菜,人们的身体健康与蔬菜的质量息息相关,因此中国蔬菜的发展方向必定是发展到绿色蔬菜。怎样发展绿色蔬菜,从而提高蔬菜的质量问题也是人们目前非常关注的,绿色蔬菜也成为了现在生产者追求的目标和消费者消费的热点。自进入80年代,随着经济的发展,环境问题的全球影响力正变得越来越突出。不仅在区域环境污染和大规模的生态破坏,而且温室效应、热带雨林、臭氧层破坏、酸雨、全球气候变化、物种灭绝、森林深处急剧减少、土地荒漠化、跨界污染、水土流失、海洋污染等大型和全球性环境危机的损失,这也迫使人们采取了一系列行动保护地球,近年来,许多国家都做了很多努力来改变目前的生态问题,特别是在农业,农产品作为人们生活的必需品,从而获得更多的关注。随着科学技术的发展,绿色产品和技术接踵而至,进而出现了绿色概念化战略性趋势。新中国改革开放后,在我国经济的快速发展和人口的快速增加,产生的结果也是利弊共存的,在工农商业快速发展的同时也为农业产业带来了越来越严重的污染问题。生产过程中不按照规定使用化肥农药等,这些不仅导致了土壤污染,也急剧下降了土壤质量和肥力,进而极大地影响了蔬菜的质量,从而也会很大的伤害人们的身体健康及污染了生态环境。绿色蔬菜产业就是在这样恶劣的情况下逐渐发展成型,成为消费需求的焦点。为尽快将牡丹江市建设成绿色蔬菜产业强市,健康有序发展牡丹江市绿色蔬菜产业,为牡丹江市绿色蔬菜种植菜农增收入,本人特此研究了《牡丹江市绿色蔬菜产业发展研究》这一课题。本文研究针对“十二五”时期牡丹江市绿色蔬菜产业面临的机遇和挑战,概述了绿色蔬菜的概念、特征,分析了国内外绿色蔬菜研究现状,阐述了牡丹江市绿色蔬菜产业的现状和特点,在自然、区位和产品等优势。在生产、管理、销售、市场和种植后等问题,及生产者自身、政府和市场等因素的原因分析。并提出了相应的对策建议:加强建设生态环境保护、加快治理农村生活污染和有效控制绿色蔬菜产业生产污染来优化生态环境。建立检验机构、加强市场监管和开展可追溯试点来强化质量监督。加大农业投入、健全组织机构、加强队伍建设和发挥基层作用来强化政府扶持。抓好绿色有机食品原料基地建设、提高基地管理水平和抓好“农企利益”联结上提升基地建设水平。扶持重点龙头企业、加快引进和培育龙头企业和搭建园区平台上提升龙头企业牵动能力。绿特融合做优生产端头、做大精品深加工总量和高端市场做活流通端头上强化品牌培育。做好三大区域市场的开发工作、做好大型展会的组织工作和做好市场的保护工作上强化市场开发。并做出了结论与展望。
[Abstract]:Since the economic reform and opening up, people in the gradually improve the standard of living, but also began to gradually request to improve the quality of material life, people's daily life can not be separated from vegetables. People's health is closely related to the quality of vegetables, so the development direction of Chinese vegetables must be to develop green vegetables and how to develop green vegetables. In order to improve the quality of vegetables is also a matter of great concern, green vegetables have become the current goal of producers and consumer consumption. Since 80s, with the development of the economy. The global impact of environmental problems is becoming increasingly prominent, not only in regional environmental pollution and large-scale ecological damage, but also in the greenhouse effect, tropical rain forest, ozone layer damage, acid rain, global climate change. Species extinction, a sharp decline in the depths of forests, land desertification, transboundary pollution, soil erosion, marine pollution and other large-scale and global environmental crises have also forced people to take a series of actions to protect the planet. In recent years, many countries have made a lot of efforts to change the current ecological problems, especially in agriculture, agricultural products as a necessity of life, so as to get more attention. With the development of science and technology. Green products and technologies come one after another, and then there is a strategic trend of green conceptualization. After the reform and opening up of new China, the rapid economic development and rapid population growth in China, the resulting results are also a combination of advantages and disadvantages. Along with the rapid development of industry, agriculture and commerce, it also brings more and more serious pollution problems to the agricultural industry. In the production process, chemical fertilizers and pesticides are not used in accordance with the regulations, which not only lead to soil pollution. The soil quality and fertility also decreased sharply, which greatly affected the quality of vegetables. As a result, it will do great harm to people's health and pollute the ecological environment. The green vegetable industry is gradually developing under such bad circumstances. In order to build Mudanjiang City into a strong green vegetable industry as soon as possible, develop green vegetable industry in Mudanjiang City in a healthy and orderly manner, increase the income of vegetable growers in Mudanjiang City. I hereby study the development of green vegetable industry in Mudanjiang City. This paper studies the opportunities and challenges faced by green vegetable industry in Mudanjiang City during the 12th Five-Year Plan period. This paper summarizes the concept and characteristics of green vegetables, analyzes the present research situation of green vegetables at home and abroad, expounds the present situation and characteristics of green vegetable industry in Mudanjiang City, and its advantages in nature, location and products, production and management. This paper analyzes the reasons of the factors such as sales, market and after planting, as well as the producers themselves, the government and the market, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: strengthening the construction of ecological environment protection. Speed up the control of rural life pollution and effective control of green vegetable production pollution to optimize the ecological environment, establish inspection agencies, strengthen market supervision and carry out traceability pilot to strengthen quality supervision, and increase agricultural investment. Improve the organization, strengthen the team building and play a grass-roots role to strengthen government support, and do a good job in the construction of green organic food raw materials base construction. Improve the base management level and grasp the "interests of agricultural enterprises" to improve the level of base construction, and support key leading enterprises. Speed up the introduction and cultivation of leading enterprises and build the park platform to enhance the impact capacity of leading enterprises. We should strengthen the cultivation of brands at the top end of circulation and do a good job in the development of the three regional markets. Strengthen the market development in organizing and protecting the market, and make the conclusion and prospect.
