【摘要】：随着我国工业化进程的推进,传统农业的生产要素、生产工具及相关技能都得以改善。然而,就农业产业链整体来看,仍存在高投入、高能耗、高排放特征,而且随着农业工业化的提速,农业产业链碳排放问题也愈演愈烈。基于此,本文从农业产业链视角剖析其低碳化的内外作用机制,揭示我国农业产业链持续低碳化内外作用机制构建中存在的问题,并提出相应对策。
[Abstract]:With the advance of China's industrialization process, the traditional agricultural production factors, production tools and related skills can be improved. However, the agricultural industrial chain overall, there is still a high input, high energy consumption, high emission characteristics, and with the acceleration of the industrialization of agriculture, agricultural industry chain carbon emissions has intensified. Based on this, this paper analyzes the low carbon inside and outside mechanism from the perspective of agricultural industry chain, agricultural industry chain in China continues to reveal the problems existed in the construction of low carbon internal and external mechanism, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
