江西省茶叶生产主体经营效率分析

【摘要】:在各级政府的大力扶持下,江西省茶园面积不断增加,茶叶总产量快速增长;江西省茶叶生产以绿茶为主,绿茶的产量年均增长速度高于红茶。本文通过运用DEA模型,基于调研数据研究了2013年各茶叶生产主体的效率,分析发现:江西省茶叶总体经营技术效率较低,过低的纯技术效率是造成技术效率低的主要原因;三类茶叶生产主体以企业的经营效率最高,其次为茶叶专业合作社,茶农的经营效率最低;三类茶叶生产主体的平均规模效率均大于0.6,技术效率与纯技术效率方面,只有茶叶企业的效率高于0.5。在各茶叶生产主体内部效率差异方面,茶叶专业合作社的内部差异最小,其次为茶叶企业,茶农内部的经营效率差异最大;从规模报酬的角度来看,74.6%的茶叶企业与76.7%的茶叶专业合作社处于规模报酬递增阶段。茶叶专业合作社规模较普遍较小、加工能力较差、市场竞争力弱,更重要的是合作社负责人文化程度不高,欠缺经营管理经验,因此,其在资源利用效率与经营管理水平方面的差距较小;茶叶企业在茶叶总产值上的标准差显著大于茶叶专业合作社,表明茶叶企业的内部之间的差异更大,导致各茶叶企业资源配置与经营管理水平上较大的差异。提高江西省茶叶产业竞争力,政府部门需加大对茶叶产业发展的扶持力度,鼓励各类生产主体实行规模化种植、标准化生产、专业化经营,加强科技支撑,提高茶叶产业加工能力与茶叶品质,拓宽产品营销渠道,扩大品牌的知名度。
[Abstract]:With the support of governments at all levels, the area of tea garden in Jiangxi Province is increasing, and the total yield of tea is increasing rapidly. Tea production in Jiangxi Province is dominated by green tea, and the annual growth rate of green tea is higher than that of black tea. In this paper, the efficiency of tea producers in 2013 was studied based on the DEA model. It is found that the overall technical efficiency of tea management in Jiangxi Province is low, and the low pure technical efficiency is the main reason for the low technical efficiency. Among the three types of tea producers, the enterprises have the highest operating efficiency, followed by the tea cooperatives, and the tea farmers have the lowest operating efficiency. The average scale efficiency of the three types of tea producers is greater than 0.6, the technical efficiency and pure technical efficiency, only the efficiency of tea enterprises is higher than 0.5. The internal difference of tea cooperatives is the smallest, followed by tea enterprises, tea farmers' internal operating efficiency is the biggest difference; From the perspective of scale compensation, 74.6% of tea enterprises and 76.7% of tea cooperatives are in the increasing stage of scale compensation. The scale of tea professional cooperatives is generally smaller and the processing capacity is poor. The market competitiveness is weak, more important is the cooperative responsible person's education level is not high, lacks the management experience, therefore, its in the resources utilization efficiency and the management level aspect disparity is small; The standard deviation of the total value of tea in tea enterprises is significantly larger than that in tea cooperatives, which indicates that the difference between tea enterprises is greater. To improve the competitiveness of Jiangxi tea industry, government departments need to increase the support for the development of tea industry. Encourage all kinds of producers to carry out large-scale planting, standardized production, specialized management, strengthen the support of science and technology, improve the processing ability and tea quality of tea industry, broaden the marketing channels of products, and expand the popularity of the brand.
