【摘要】：电子商务为精准扶贫嵌入新的视角和工具,促进贫困村内外资源有效对接、拓展利润空间、培育农村内生力量。但个别部门在推进中出现定位不准、缺乏统筹、数据分割、重建轻管等问题。因此,应充分发挥政府主导、农民主体的作用,注意"三要素"合理流动,将更多收益留在农村。
[Abstract]:E-commerce embeds new perspective and tools for accurate poverty alleviation, promotes the effective docking of resources inside and outside the poor villages, expands profit space, and cultivates endogenous power in rural areas. However, individual departments do not have the right orientation and lack of overall planning. Therefore, the government should give full play to the role of the government, the main role of farmers, pay attention to the "three elements" reasonable flow, more income will remain in the countryside.
