森林资源核算理论研究国际进展综述

【摘要】：为进一步贯彻落实"健全国家自然资源资产管理体制"精神,国家林业局与国家统计局开展了中国森林资源核算及绿色经济评价体系研究项目,森林资源核算理论研究国际进展综述作为森林资源核算理论基础被列入其中。本文通过剖析《环境经济核算体系》不同版本中账户结构、核算方法,总结英国等国际上森林资源核算最新的国际经验和成果,为我国森林资源核算提供借鉴和参考。
[Abstract]:In order to further implement the spirit of "perfecting the National Natural Resources assets Management system", the State Forestry Administration and the State Bureau of Statistics have launched a research project on forest resources accounting and green economy evaluation system in China. The review of international progress in forest resource accounting theory is included as the theoretical basis of forest resource accounting. This paper analyzes the account structure and accounting methods in different versions of the system of Environmental-Economic Accounting. This paper summarizes the latest international experiences and achievements of forest resource accounting in Britain and other countries, and provides reference and reference for forest resource accounting in China.
