浙江省农村居民消费水平和消费结构研究

【摘要】：自改革开放以来,浙江省的经济快速发展,呈现出翻天覆地的变化,不光是浙江省的城镇居民收入不断上升,农村居民的收入也呈现出快速增长的趋势,农村居民的消费水平不断上升,消费结构也不断趋于合理化,从原来的生存性消费转变为享受性和发展性消费,但相对于高投资和高出口而言,农村居民对消费的需求明显不足,据浙江省统计年鉴的数据显示,2013年浙江省农村居民有3281.48万人,是全省人口总数的67.98%,扩大浙江省农村居民的消费对于整个省经济的拉动力是非常巨大的。本文以浙江省农村居民的消费水平和消费结构为研究的对象,首先梳理相关的消费经济理论,包括了西方消费经济理论,马克思主义消费经济理论和马克思主义消费经济理论中国的发展,接着分析了2010年-2013年浙江省农村居民的消费水平和消费结构的现状,得出了城乡居民消费水平和消费结构存在很大的差异的结论之后又分析了影响浙江省农村居民消费水平和消费结构的因素包括收入因素,消费环境因素和消费政策,最后,根据对现状和因素的分析提出了一些政策性的结论,为提高浙江省农村居民的收入水平,完善消费结构提供了一些参考性的建议。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the economy of Zhejiang Province has developed rapidly, showing earth-shaking changes. Not only is the income of urban residents in Zhejiang Province constantly rising, but the income of rural residents is also showing a trend of rapid growth.The consumption level of rural residents continues to rise, and the consumption structure tends to be rationalized, from the original subsistence consumption to the hedonic and developmental consumption, but relative to the high investment and high export,Rural residents' demand for consumption is obviously inadequate. According to the statistics yearbook of Zhejiang Province, there were 32.8148 million rural residents in Zhejiang Province in 2013.It is 67.98 percent of the province's total population. Expanding the consumption of rural residents in Zhejiang Province is a huge driving force for the whole province's economy.This paper takes the consumption level and consumption structure of rural residents in Zhejiang Province as the research object, firstly combing the relevant consumption economy theory, including the western consumption economy theory.The development of China based on Marxist consumption economy theory and Marxist consumption economy theory, and the analysis of the consumption level and consumption structure of rural residents in Zhejiang Province from 2010 to 2013.After drawing the conclusion that there are great differences in consumption level and consumption structure between urban and rural residents, the paper analyzes the factors that affect the consumption level and structure of rural residents in Zhejiang Province, including income factors, consumption environment factors and consumption policies.Based on the analysis of the present situation and the factors, some policy conclusions are put forward, which provide some reference suggestions for improving the income level of rural residents in Zhejiang Province and perfecting the consumption structure.
