【摘要】：盐池县在精准扶贫、精准脱贫方面取得了一定成绩,经验主要有:坚持精准识别、精准施策,着力解决"扶持谁"、"怎么扶"的问题;坚持"三先"开路、精神扶贫,着力破解贫困群众脱贫内生动力不足的难题;坚持金融扶贫,着力破解发展资金短缺难题;坚持培育产业、可持续发展,着力破解贫困群众增收致富难题;坚持完善设施、夯实基础,着力破解公共服务短板难题;坚持创新载体,做活新业态,着力培育脱贫攻坚新动能。盐池扶贫经验对宁夏乃至全国具有典型借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Efforts will be made to solve the problem of insufficient endogenous motivation for poverty alleviation among the poor; to persist in helping the poor financially and to solve the problem of shortage of development funds; to persist in cultivating industries, for sustainable development and to solve the problem of increasing income and becoming rich among the poor; and to persist in improving facilities.Tamp the foundation, solve the problem of public service shortage, persist in innovation carrier, do new work and cultivate new kinetic energy to overcome poverty.Yanchi poverty-alleviation experience to Ningxia and even the country has a typical reference.
