金融扶贫与民族地区小康社会建设——基于宁夏“盐池模式”的个案调查

【摘要】：融资难是制约民族地区贫困户发展的关键问题。宁夏盐池县在破解这一难题时进行了有益的尝试,探索出了适合贫困户发展致富的"盐池模式"。在对该模式剖析的基础上,从政策宣传、协同机制构建、信用体系建设、风险防控机制创新等方面,就金融扶贫助推民族地区全面建成小康社会进行了探讨。
[Abstract]:The difficulty of financing is the key problem that restricts the development of poor households in minority areas.In Yanchi County, Ningxia, a beneficial attempt was made to solve this problem, and a "salt pond model" suitable for poor households to develop and become rich was explored.Based on the analysis of the model, this paper probes into the promotion of policy, the construction of cooperative mechanism, the construction of credit system, the innovation of risk prevention and control mechanism and so on.
